Life has never been fair to me. I used to always complain about it to God, but today is quite different.
Today, I'm thanking him.
Because today my Arth is getting discharged from the hospital.

Yes, he had the surgery and now he's completely alright. All thanks to Tara, who very unlikely agreed to come with us and her bone marrow matched.

I have just finished with the pooja and Ritvik is finding something in the room while I was waiting for him here.

Mom was already at the hospital with Arth, but we both came at home to clear the mess we made of the house being worried for him.

I came out of my thoughts when Ritvik came downstairs. He looked a bit tensed.

"Hey, are you fine? Is something bothering you?" I asked, with concern.

"Yes." He replied.

"What is it? You know you can tell me anything right?" I said and he gave me a small smile.

"Actually the doctor called..." He said, and before he could continue, I freaked out.

"Doctor? Why? Is everything alright? Is Arth fine?" I hurriedly asked all the questions in my mind.

"Calm down Adhira!" He said as he placed his hands over my shoulders, making me unable to move.

"Arth is fine. The doctor called because Tara, who gave the bone marrow to our Son, needs as much care as him, and since her condition the day we met was..." He said, trailing off at last, but i was confused.

"So? Ritvik, tell me clearly what you have to say." I said.

"Well, the doctor said that she needs rest and care. Hospitals can provide rest, but they can't provide care, so the doctor is suggesting that we bring her home, with us." He completed nervously.

"So? Did you agree?" I asked.

"Not till now. I wanted to discuss it with you." He replied, and damn I like him so much.

"So, will you be fine if she's here?" I asked.

"It doesn't matter, will you be fine?" He asked back.

"Ritvik, I don't have a past with her, so I wouldn't have a problem, but you do." I tried to explain.

"Bu---" He tried to intervene.

"And I trust you. I trust you enough that you wouldn't even touch her if I leave you alone with her or any woman for that matter." I said, giving him a smile.

"Thank you Adhira! You're the best!" Saying so he hugged me and then gave a light kiss on my cheek.

It made my heart flutter but I don't think he even realised what he has done.
My heart was beating so fast, I could hear the heartbeats.

"Come on! We've to go! We have to bring Arth back!" Saying so, he excitedly went out and I followed.

As soon as we reached hospital, I saw Arth already present at the reception.
He hugged me the second he saw me while I looked at Mom in confusion.

"He was so excited to go home, plus doctor said it's fine." She informed.

I picked up Arth, who gave me a really cute smile.
"How is my baby?" I asked.
