This day has finally came.
Me and Ritvik are going to get married. Again. With all the traditions and everything.

Right now I'm getting ready, and the people who are helping me with it are Ria and Tara. My two bestfriends.
Even they've gotten a little close, and now we have a trio which is really fun.

We are getting married traditionally, but we don't have a huge crowd, just some friends and family.

Family.
I don't have any of my own, but Ritvik gave me one. He gave me a mother, a sister and even a son.
But I still miss my family. My own family.

They didn't treat me right, but I loved them always. Maybe they did too.
Who knows?

Anyway, they finished the touch up before finally letting me see myself in the mirror and I looked gorgeous.

"Oh my god! Ritvik jiju is going to go crazy for you." Ria said.

"Jiju?" I asked, looking at her with confusion. She never addressed him as that.

"You're wrong Ria, he's already crazy about her." Tara said, and they both literally hi-fived each other.

"Ok, now quickly tell me what all is left and finish it off." I said and they both looked at me in surprise.

"The most non-interesting bride of the year!" They said at the same time.

"Maybe because it's the second time I'm getting married?" I said.

"Yeah... To the same person, come on Adhira, get happy now." They said and started to tickle me.

"No... Wa.. Wait..St.. Stop." I said, but they continued making me laugh.

Then after a while, I was finally already and they went outside to enjoy some snacks.

It was finally the time when I was called. My heart started beating really fast, even though we have been married for more than two years now, it feels as if it's the first time I'm getting married.

I sat next to him as the priest started chanting the mantras.

"You're looking gorgeous!" He whispered to me and I smiled.

It was the time to tie the gathbandhan. Ria was about to do so but Arth stopped her.
"I'll do it. I need some limelight in my parents' wedding." He said, making all of us giggle.

He did so and the stood beside mom.

"Please call the bride's parents for Kanyadaan." The priest said and immediately my eyes watered.

"Pandit ji, she is more of a daughter to me than a daughter-in-law, can I do the Kanyadaan?" Mom asked and he replied in yes.

"Mom, wait." Ritvik stopped her.

"What happened?" She asked.

"You won't do the Kanyadaan." He said, and I immediately turned towards him.
What is he even saying?

"Why?" I asked, to which he just pointed in a direction.

I looked there, to see my parents.
