Aaliyah's pov:

Lando parked the car in a nearby car park and turned to me with a warm smile. "We've arrived," he said, his voice filled with excitement. As he opened my door, I couldn't help but notice the way his eyes sparkled in the sunlight. I thanked him for his chivalry and he closed the door gently before moving to the back to help Mattheo out of his car seat.

Once we were all out of the car, Lando locked it and then reached for my hand, his touch sending a shiver of anticipation down my spine. With Mattheo safely in his arms, he led the way towards the hidden gem he wanted to show us. As we walked, I couldn't help but steal glances at Lando, admiring his confident stride and the way he effortlessly balanced Mattheo in his arms.

And then, we arrived. My eyes widened in awe at the sight before me—a vast field filled with rows upon rows of vibrant sunflowers, their golden petals reaching towards the sky. The air was filled with the sweet fragrance of nature, and I couldn't resist taking a deep breath, letting the scent envelop me. I let go of Lando's hand, unable to contain my excitement, and practically skipped towards the sunflowers, their cheerful faces turning towards the sun.

As I reached the sunflowers, I knelt down to get a closer look, marveling at their intricate beauty. The vibrant yellow petals seemed to glow in the sunlight, and I couldn't resist reaching out to touch them gently. I turned around to see Lando and Mattheo watching me with wonder, their smiles mirroring my own. We spent what felt like an eternity strolling through the sunflower field, our laughter mingling with the gentle rustling of the leaves.

Suddenly, Lando stopped walking, and I looked at him with a mix of curiosity and anticipation. "What's wrong?" I asked, a playful smile tugging at my lips. "Why did you stop?"

Lando took a deep breath, his eyes filled with a mixture of nervousness and determination. He gently placed Mattheo back on the ground, and as he looked into my eyes, his voice filled with sincerity. Suddenly, Lando takes a deep breath and looks into your eyes with a nervous but determined expression. He reaches for your hands, gently holding them in his.

Taking a deep breath, Lando asks, "So, Aaliyah-Mae Myers, would you do me the honor of being my girlfriend? I promise to cherish and i will look after you and Mattheo, every single day."

My heart skipped a beat, and I felt a rush of emotions wash over me. I was taken aback, gasping in surprise, before a wave of pure joy washed over me. Unable to contain my excitement, I squealed with delight and threw myself into his arms. "Lando, you make my heart skip a beat every time I see you. I can't imagine my life without you. So, yes, a million times yes, I'd be honored to be your girlfriend!" I exclaimed, my voice filled with genuine happiness. I sealed my answer with a passionate kiss on his lips, feeling the world around us fade away in that moment.

A few moments later,Lando suggested playing a game of tag, and we all eagerly agreed. Mattheo's eyes lit up with anticipation as he watched us prepare for the game. We counted down, "3, 2, 1, go!" and the chase began. We dashed through the field, weaving in and out of the tall sunflowers, their golden petals brushing against our legs as we ran.

Mattheo's laughter echoed through the air as we tried to catch him. His little legs moved with determination as he darted between the sunflower stalks, his giggles fueling our excitement. We couldn't help but smile as we chased after him, the sunflowers swaying gently in the breeze around us.

"It's so late, Lando," my mom said, concern lacing her voice. "Why don't you stay the night? We have a spare room, and we'd love to have you here. Or you can stay in with Aaliyah and Mattheo. Whatever your more comfortable with." Her invitation hung in the air, and I held my breath, hoping Lando would accept.

Lando's eyes sparkled with gratitude as he replied, "Thank you so much for your kindness. I'd be honored to stay the night. Your hospitality means the world to me." His words were genuine, and I could see the appreciation in his eyes.

Inside the cozy house, we settled into the living room. The crackling fireplace provided a comforting ambiance as we sipped on steaming mugs of hot cocoa.
