"Why do you have to be soo selfish?? I just wanted to-" as I lifted my hand to brush my stupid ass hair from my face the most heart wrenching thing happened. She flinched. She thought I would hit her.

Fuk what have I done?! Looking down at the woman I love tembling as tears stained her beautiful cheeks, all because of me.

"Love" reaching out to touch her she shook her head visciously "I-I'm sorry" no no don't apologise, she should never have to apologise.

Spinning around she stumbled away "love where are you going?" not turning to face me, god she couldn't stand the sight of me right now.

"I'm going to sleep on the couch" fuk no "baby I'm sorr-" "good night Jake" cowering under the duvet, she was hiding from me.

My heart cracking I knew it was best to give her space, taking a quick shower one thing ran through my mind, how she flinched......at me.

Exiting I decided to check up on her, curled up on the sofa her mouth opened and closed as soft snores escaped her, she must be worn out.

Placing my arms under her I swept my gurl up in bridal style walking the tiny female to our room, laying her down on the soft matress I watched as she sprawled out comfortably.

Admiring the gorgeous woman I leaned down planting a small loving kiss to her forehead "I'm soo soo sorry baby, I'll make it up, I promise."

Aera POV
Fluttering my lashes open as I felt the sunlight pierce my eyes, sitting up a furrow was bought to my brows, why was I in the bedroom?

Cleaning myself up I decided to make myself some breakfast, hesitantly exiting the bedroom I passed the living room.

Noticing the rumpled blankets I put two and two together "he must've already left for work" dismissing the thought of him still being home I waltzed into the kitchen only to freeze.

Taking in the sight of his broad back hunched over the cooker, god I miss being wrapped up in those arms, choosing to ignore him I took out some strawberries "oh morning love, I made breakfast."

His signature adorable puppy smile spread across his face, how can he act like yesterday didn't happen? Remaining silent I seated while he placed a pile of pancakes before me.

Jumping in the seat opposite "tuck in babe" nibbling on my strawberries I eyed the pancakes and shittttttttttttttttttttt they looked good.......I mean I shouldn't waste food.

Giving into my desires I nomed down the unhealthy meal "I've taken the day off work" my gaze shooting up to meet his sheepish smile.

Nodding I refocused on my food "Aera, love, I'm sorry" my ears perking up my eyes didn't deter from the pancakes "I was a straight dickhead, I didn't mean anything I said, I was just tired BUT that doesn't justify it."

Reaching over he took my hand "you were right, I was being inconsiderate, your my fiance, we're supposed to be a team, I shouldn't be keeping you in the dark, thats why I wanna tell you...."

Looking up I waited as he huffed out a heavy breath "appa has a brain tumour" shit "so I've been handling the company, b-but......."

Trailing off as emotion overcame him I shot out of my seat pulling him into a hug "you don't need to explain yourself Jakey."

Stroking his hair as he broke down into tears "I-I'm soo sorry A-aera-" "shhhh bubs, I'm here, stop apologising, I'm here~"

Stroking his fluffy brown hair soothingly, eventually calming down we parted, holding his hands "do you wanna talk about it?"

A weak smile grew as he shook his head "I don't wanna think about it for now, can we cuddle? I missed you last night" oh baby.

Nodding slowly "of course Jakey" relaxing on our bed I embraced the precious boy, whispering reasuring words. He needed me.
