Chaos broke down one day throughout New York City one peaceful morning and, strangely, there was no sight of a single police officer or patrol on the streets. People hid in their homes as these strange phenomena spread throughout the city and simultaneously all around the world, capturing worldwide attention. Unique drawings and installations that almost seem like art pieces, have appeared on walls and streets. Experts from various fields have gathered to find the cause but have yet to identify a clear explanation.

These words have been rolling on the bottom of TV screens worldwide as breaking news captured everyone's attention. News reporters were spread on each corner of every city block and neighborhood, reporting live from the scene.

A young female reporter was talking to the camera at the corner of Christopher Street in the West Village neighborhood of the New York City borough of Manhattan. She reported on the strange graffiti and scattered items on the road that kept falling from the sky - blankets, chairs, kitchen utensils, etc. littered the asphalt and sidewalks.

"Yes, Ryan," she nodded after her colleague nestled safely in the studio tuned her into the live program, "I'm here in Christopher Street, surrounded by..." she looked around her, "trash, simply put. No one still knows how and why this is happening. People are distraught, frightened I may say, as this chaos is different from the normal 'chaos' they're living in. I don't know what else to say as..." she stepped to the side as a large stuffed animal fell where she previously stood, "As this is something really strange and I haven't seen anything like this in my whole life."

Her colleague laughed through the small earpiece she wore under her hair. "Well, it's your first time out in the streets, being a weather girl and all," he laughed again and she held her smile composed, "Well, thank you for your report, sunshine. We'll go see what Greg has to say next."

And the connection to the studio was terminated after his last word. The girl finally relaxed her shoulders and her smile dropped as she grunted, still not used to Ryan's teasing.

"Hey! Watch out!" the cameraman shouted and ran back as several roof tiles came falling down.

The female news reporter looked up but her legs responded to the shock and she couldn't run. Time seemed to have slowed down as she watched the falling tiles, her mind blank, and fear taking over every fiber of her being. She closed her eyes, waiting for the impact.

But then a pair of arms enveloped her body and buzzing filled her ears. Her vocal cords gave up as well and she couldn't scream but then the clamor of the street was replaced with deafening and strong wind and she opened her eyes when the person holding her stepped away from her.

"Good job saving her, Lix." Another man, sat on the red couch, said, watching the city below.

Looking around, the young reporter screeched and crouched down, realizing she was on the top of a tall building.

The blond male whom the other referred as "Lix" hopped over the couch and sat on the back of it, indulging in the city-watching, just like his black-haired friend.

The noise of the wind mixed with splashing explosions of what seemed like large paintballs flying around and popping on top of the surrounding buildings.

And while she remained shriveled in fear, the guys on the couch laughed and awed at the splattering color bombs. Then the blond said something to his friend and the other nodded after which the former instantly disappeared.
