...Salvatore Boarding House...
The two brothers were rummaging through Stefan's room.
"Careful, brother! I can hear you popping a hernia over here" Damon asks "Need a hand?"
"Nope, I'll manage" Stefan says.
"I didn't know you're planning a trip" Damon says.
"Look, you're not gonna talk me out of leaving town so you might as well just save your breath" Stefan says.
Damon sighs.
"Cade has Elena, Stefan" he blurts out.
"What? How?" Stefan stares at him incredulously.
"Long story, cliff notes: Rosie and I had a nasty run-in with our old friend Kai Parker. Didn't end well" Damon says.
"What're you talking about? Kai's dead" Stefan frowns.
"He's alive enough to screw me over and kidnap Elena's coffin" Damon clicks his tongue.
"And he turned her over to Cade?" Stefan asks.
"Apparently" Damon nods "But Kai being Kai tried to cheat the Devil. Kept an ace up his sleeve and now Cade wants that too"
"In exchange for Elena" Stefan completes.
"Putting aside the fact that you were gonna blow out of town without having an epic bro moment, I hope wherever you're going can wait. Cos I, I need you help, brother" Damon pats him on the back.

...The Armory...
Caroline was over the moon with all the wedding preparations. Rosalind was currently dragged from her house at seven in the morning by her, claiming they're already very late to stare preparing everything.
The two of them entered the room, discussing about the flowers, only stopping when they saw Theodore, Hope, Josie and Lizzie playing with the clothes Rosalind separated for the wedding.
"I love this dress" Josie twirls around.
"We look so pretty" Hope giggles.
"How did you...?" Rosalind gives them a look and takes Theodore's tie from his hands "...these could have fallen on you"
The kids only shared a accomplish look.
"What have I been telling you? You need to be careful" she continues "And these dresses are not playclothes"
"We're practicing" Theodore says, offering his little arm for Hope to take.
Rosalind hear an 'aw' from behind and glares at Caroline.
