SEASON EIGHT - EPISODE EIGHT "WE HAVE STORY TOGETHER"
...Mystic Falls High School...
[voiceover] "Dear sister, sorry it's been a while. Three weeks, to be exact. By now Bonnie's probably filled pages and pages about how amazing Paris is, Caroline is struggling to be away from the girls, but at least she seems to be focusing on her job and somehow keeping her head high, which is good" Rosalind says.
She walks over the entrance of the school, being hit by a deep wave of nostalgia.
[voiceover] "As for me and the twins, I guess the whole Seline crap is getting more and more distant for what's worth. That leaves me, catching up on more clues about the theories I've been studying about the Mikaelsons and trying not to think about the past. Which is ironic, considering where I currently am. By the way, Mystic Falls High School looks exactly the same as when you last saw it. I'm sure you've noticed there's someone missing from this entry. Stefan is with Damon now and we don't know where he is, or what he's doing, but I know it isn't good. So I'm doing everything I can to think about other things instead. Like I said, there's always work"
Rosalind is on the phone with Caroline.
"Yeah. I'm, like, a voluntary of hell, only in history class" Rosalind says.
"Voluntary?" Caroline asks.
"Yeah! The school's doing a big ramp-up for Founder's Day. They specifically requested me, for the alumni angle. But I was just calling to see what you were doing for lunch. You know? I could save you a seat in the cafeteria" Rosalind says.
"Raincheck. I'm on my way out to the Armory to deliver the St. John box that Tyler left behind. Just doing Ric a favor. You doing okay?" Caroline asks.
"I'm...fine" Rosalind sighs "better than I thought I would be"
"I'll tell you what. If you sneak into Coach Lyman's office and write something really rude in his playbook, drinks are on me tonight at the Grill" Caroline says.
"'Something rude' like impolite, or 'something rude' like really disgusting?" Rosalind chuckles.
"Dealer's choice" Caroline says.
"You're so on" Rosalind smirks.
The school bell rings.
"Ugh! I do not miss that sound" Caroline groans.
"Yeah! Me neither!" Rosalind laughs.
"Happy voluntarily!" Caroline fake cheers.
"Thanks! Talk to you later" Rosalind hung up.

"And on top of everything she does, she even volunteered to organize Miss Mystic Falls" Violet, a sophomore student was babbling about her amazing history teacher.
