SPECIAL EPISODE
"WHY DON'T YOU TAKE WHAT YOU WANT FROM ME?"...Mikaelson Compound...
In one of the studies, Rosalind and Marcel are sitting on opposite couches, facing each other.
He knows he's walking on top of broken glasses with her.
Of course he is.
Apparently, his best friend is well alive, but doesn't remembers a thing about the most important part of her life. Including her own children.
It hurts to see the pain on the twins' eyes.
They were the ones who missed her the most. Who needed her the most. Seeing here standing there, looking at them as mere strangers, was worse than not having her.
...Flashback, New Orleans, 2012...
When Klaus brought Rosalind back to the Compound, after he literally slaughtered the vampires and took the ropes of the city away from Marcel, she felt incredibly weird there.
Her room was still the same.
Despite having the her own apartment, the time she previously lived there, she was always at the Compound. So, Marcel insisted on giving her a room there.
But being back now...it's not like all the time she spent there before.
Considering the baby bump that accompanies her everywhere.
Rosalind could only hope that this place could really turns out to be a good and safe place for her children to grow up.
In four more months, she would be able to hold them in her arms, but ever since the first moment of discovery, Rosalind felt a type of love like nothing else before.
She sits on the edge of her bed, crossing her legs, sighing tiredly.
Considering that she spent the whole night awake on the Bayou with Elijah, she's quite exhausted.
Looking down, she caress her baby bump soothingly. It was getting bigger and bigger by the day and for what Klaus told her, their heartbeats were getting stronger and stronger.
Rosalind really wished she could hear it too. From what Klaus said, it's amazing and quite peaceful to hear them.
Marcel appears on the doorway, observing her entertained with her unborn babies, before he knocks twice, to get her attention.
She's obviously startled seeing him there. Rosalind knows she hadn't told him formally about her pregnancy.
Not that she didn't want to, but the Mikaelsons insisted on being a secret kept from everyone. Especially him. Even after she tried to explain her relationship with Marcel.
"Welcome home!" his tone holds a hint of sarcasm in it.
She sighs.
"I wasn't expecting a party anyway..." she shrugs "...I'm sorry for the vampires"
"Are you?" he crosses his arms.
