There's one thing Rosalind and Elena like to do together, even subconsciously.

Jog around and pretend that the world isn't ending around them.

"Okay, slow down" Elena pants, running after her sister. Trying to catch up with her "Why can't we run with iPods?"

"Because iPods are for people who can't be alone with their thoughts" Rosalind slows down a bit, standing side by side with Elena before circling her, still running "I'm running in circles around you, you know that?"

The two of them kept arguing and jogging around town, until they met up with both Salvatore brothers, who seemed very eager on speaking with them.

Rosalind and Elena...not so much...

"Uh huh, changing route..." Rosalind pulls Elena by the arm to another direction.

Though, Damon and Stefan vamp speeded in front of them, stopping the sisters on the spot.

"You can't ignore us forever"

"Why are you ignoring us?"

I mean...

"We're trying to" Rosalind says "And we'd be extremely grateful if you guys actually let us do it"

Ouch!

"Listen, we just found..." Stefan was cut off.

"Oh, look!" Elena points behind them "Someone's calling us" she tugs at Rosalind's hand.

They run past Damon and Stefan, continuing to jog.

"Hey, what the hell!"

"You can't run away! We're faster than you two!"

Rosalind merely turns her head towards them.

"We can't hear you! Sorry!" she shouts in fake disappointment.

Both Rosalind and Elena arrived in front of their house more or less 15 minutes later, panting, trying to catch their breaths after jogging around the town.

"I..." Elena pants "...I think...I will cough my limbs out"

Rosalind laughs, wiping the sweat out of her forehead.

"You get used to it" she says and opens the front door "one more reason as to why you should be in one of the sports team at school"

"You forget I'm not you" Elena says, taking a bottle of water out of the refrigerator "I don't have this magical super strength"

Rosalind rolls her eyes.

"You're an idiot when you want to be" she says, causing Elena to chokes on her water.

The blonde smiles teasingly at her sister before walking upstairs to take a shower and get herself ready for the day.

After an hour, Rosalind comes downstairs, drying her hair with a towel when the doorbell rings.
