SPECIAL EPISODE
"LET IT ROLL RIGHT OFF YOUR SHOULDER"

◽️◽️...November, 2009...◽️◽️

The life of the seventeen year old Elena Gilbert changed from water to wine in a way she never thought it was possible. From an ordinary girl, worried about school, cheerleading and boys, to a doppelgänger in the middle of vampires, witches and werewolves.

Just the fact she's someone's mirror image is a big plot in all of this. We can also talk about the Salvatore brothers.

What about her recent situation?

Kidnapped after the masquerade ball by two unknown vampires.

Sweet, don't you think?

"How's the girl?" Elena hears a female voice as she wakes up from being knocked down previously.

"Still passed out" a male voice says.

"You didn't touch her, did you?" the woman asks.

"Give me some credit" the man defends himself "So, you called him?"

Wait...him?

"No, I called one of his contacts. You know how this works" she answers.

"Did you or did you not get the message to Elijah?"

Oh my...

ELIJAH?

"ELIJAH?"

They all turn towards the man in question, watching as he puts the pieces in place.

"What are we seeing?" Klaus asks, glancing around the abandoned house.

Good question!

"I guess the point is...why are we seeing it" Damon asks, too frowning in confusion.

Hope and Theodore seem to be in deep thought, turning towards each other.

"If...if Aunt Elena wasn't the doppelgänger, if Dad wasn't after her, if Uncle Elijah..." Theodore trailed off, not even caring on how he called Klaus and Elijah.

But they noticed. You can bet it.

"Mom wouldn't have met any of you" Theodore says, looking between the Mikaelsons.

"And we wouldn't exist" Hope says, understanding his point.

The silence is almost agonizing.

"They say he got it" the woman answers.

"Wonderful and what?" the guy asks.

Elena gets up and walks upstairs. She's listening in on their conversation.

"So that's it, Trevor" now Elijah recognizes the man better "He either got it or he didn't. We just have to wait"

The man, Trevor, looks from a snap to piss himself.

"Look, it's not too late. We can leave it here. We don't have to go through with this" he tells the woman.

"I'm sick of running!" she says.

"Yeah? Well, running keeps us from dying" he insists.

"Elijah's old school. If he accepts our deal, we're free" she says.

Elena accidentally makes one of the boards squeak and the woman, Rose-Marie sees her.

"You!" she strides over Elena in hard footsteps "There's nothing around here for miles. If you think you're getting out of this house, you're tragically wrong. Understand?"
