"Oh boy, Saber. You always reveal your True Name to strangers right away. We talked about this. If you're introducing yourself, just state your class. Do you understand? Disclosing your True Name is like revealing your abilities. That's the reason we conceal our True Names during normal Holy Grail Wars. And yet you give out your true name at the drop of a hat."

Mordred rolled her eyes. "Oh, what's the difference? This is no longer the "Holy Grail War" that you spoke of. It's not the one with 7 Heroic Spirits, nor the one with 14. On top of that, no Masters. Anyway, do you have any viders? I am thirsty," she asked, though it felt more like commanded.

Before he could do anything, Mordred was already on the sofa he warned was special. "Wait, that's my favourite sofa... Ah well. Yes, I already got your ciders chilled and ready."

Mordred gulped it down with a great smile, loving the convenience of more recent technology. Her body refreshed as she couldn't have imagined this back in her time alive. Her eyes took note of the lot of them just standing there; a confused face as she put the drink down. "Don't just stand there like lemons! Come on in!" she called out to them, although Yu had already taken herself to be comfortable on the furthest side next to Jekyll's books; the kind doctor not appearing to mind.

"Mordred, try and show a bit more manners to the person sheltering you. I apologise for Mordred's attitude. That's... the type of person she can be sometimes," Artoria said, trying to not stir up Mordred but being brutally honest.

The blonde, bespectacled male smiled. "It's no problem, you can come on in. I'm Henry Jekyll. I work in London as a scholar— A scientist. Though not officially a mage, I am familiar with elixirs. One day, all of a sudden, London was blanketed by this fog. It was a nightmare. I was able to figure out that the fog contained magical energy, but was at a loss about what to do."

Mordred was kicking her legs up as she gulped down more of the soda. "That's when we met and started working together. He isn't very reliable as a mage, but comes in handy in his own way. I provide the muscle. He investigates and analyzes," she explained, Jekyll nodding in agreement of that.

Mash made sure to get both Keiji, Yu and Artoria's attention. "That name... isn't it?"

"It's the same name as a character in a novel. Coincidence? Or perhaps he was the model for that character? Mash, can you detect the presence of a Servant? I can't. You're inside, but you might as well be outside," Romani called out, understanding what Mash wanted to say.

Jekyll shook his head. "I'm assure you, I am a genuine human. If it's a Servant you want, they're outside, investigating. And what were you talking about? A novel?"

Mash nodded. "Yes. A book that was published a little before this era. The main character shares your name."

Jekyll tapped his fingers on his book. "I don't recall that. Strange, as I do read my share of novels... The same name as the main character? Really? Hmm, I don't think I could forget that. Well, let's set that aside. It is a very common name, after all. As I was saying, I am Henry Jekyll. All I want to do is stop this blight on my hometown. But the more important matter at hand is you folks. You're slightly different from us, aren't you?"

"This will take a while," Keiji told him, the rest of them getting comfortable as they got to sharing their own information back. Mordred being 'forced' to be seated next to Artoria, looking like she was going to smash the bottle over her head, even while Mordred carried herself well, resisting any rebellion and Artoria locking in, accepting that Mordred was next to her. Luckily, other events could keep her mind focus from her child being next to her.

Mordred and Jekyll were both left with the understanding of what was happening to the world; a Singularity. A blighted bolt driven into the world, that would affect Human Order if left to fester. They recounted their time in the fog-laden city. Mash further making note on how it was similar to an incident that will occur in the 20th century; Romani looking into the 20th century case as the Singularity being off by a century made things more complicated.
