"Ahh, we're finally back under the sun! We went through a lot, but it's great everyone is safe and sound!"

Cursed Arm couldn't agree any more. "And we secured help from the great founder. I'm still in awe that my head is attached..."

Keiji sighed as he continued travelling with the lot of them. "He's something else. It felt like we all could have died before we even made it into the shrine. It wouldn't be an exaggeration to say that he feels more concerning than the Lion King."

"It's unlike you to be so set off by someone," Yu commented.

"You can't be a leader if you're not scary. We are just the leaders of Assassins, but he is the leader of all 19 past Old Men of the Mountain. Normally, you would need to pass a sanity check the moment you set eyes on him."

Bedivere turning to the distraught-looking Serenity made Keiji come quick to her. "Keep your chin up, okay?" Keiji told her.

"I'm sorry, I'm sorry, I'm sorry... It's always like this with me...I'm sorry, I'm sorry, I'm sorry..." is all that Serenity could say in that moment.

Keiji sighed. "It's nothing that could be done to stop it, seriously. Serenity, you can't keep thinking low on yourself. That's where the real mistake comes into play. The First Hassan is just something else. He's even got me concerned, so does that mean there's a problem now?" Keiji asked her.

Serenity paused, taking a moment to think and compare what Keiji was telling her. If even he felt pressed with the intensity of the First Hassan, then she, who was far weaker and in awe of him, could be perfectly capable of being in a same spot. "I... I can still make up for this! I promise I'll do it!"

Keiji nodded with approval. "That's much better."

"I still haven't thanked you for saving my life... you made sure to spare me. You fought so that I would not die. Yes... The only way to repay you... would be to devote my life to you. Through marriage."

"Absolutely not!" Yu now getting in close to Serenity, making sure the poison vixen wouldn't be anywhere close to her darling husband throughout the rest of the trip. Serenity's eyes still seeing stars.

Incoming static interrupted any greater intensity building up. "Oh. The live feed is finally back on! What happened? I was able to monitor Keiji's condition from here, but I didn't get any audio or video. It would be helpful if you could tell me what happened."

"Yes, Doctor. Here is my report."

Olga chimed in, naturally, with the call and interrupted Romani first once Romani got to explaining the situation. "Did you really just say the Atlas Institute?! One of the three major schools of the Mage's Association!"

"You heard it already once, Director. No need to shout it out again," Yu muttered.

"I'll be honest, just because I'm really new, I haven't actually bothered to take the time to study every single bit about the magecraft world. I'm going to need someone to properly feel me in," Keiji admitted, embarrassing as it may have seemed.

Ever the dependent kohai, Mash moved to explain. "The Atlas Institute specializes in alchemy. The success that it has seen can't be duplicated. Trismegistus, the Pseudo-Spiritron Calculating Engine that analyzes Chaldeas, was a donation from it. And that wasn't the only one. The Atlas Institute has also provided many other technologies to Chaldea."

"Its goal is to "avoid a bad future." Without the institute's cooperation, Chaldea wouldn't have become an organization recognized by the Mage's Association or the United Nations," Romani added.

"Remind me to start doing some studying once we get back to Chaldea," Keiji notified them, a marked occasion for when this Singularity would be done.

Romani fiddled around with the information they had, Olga asking him to speak up as the doctor had that look of wanting to say something but unsure on the crowd response. "Hmm. The Atlas Institute of that time period... Wasn't the desert of Ozymandias before Christ? Then it would be the Atlas Institute before the Mage's Association was formed. It feels dangerous..."
