"You know, I really have to wonder if these are just coincidences or if Solomon was lying out of his teeth with this?"

Mash had to agree with her slightly grumpy senpai. The silver lining was that they had at least managed to rest enough after the mess that was the Sixth Singularity. "I didn't expect another sudden Rayshift, but we have nothing else to do but figure out what to do."

Keiji nodding to his kohai's statement; true as ever. Getting a look around the area, they couldn't see much to think about. The mana in the air was stronger than usual, but nothing to make it seem like the main reason why the Singularity would persist. It was more the amount to show things were magically active than a non-standard number. Simple green pastures surrounding them.

Master and Servant moving forward as Mash was on the lookout for what was in front of them whilst Keiji expanded his senses more outward into the area. 'This space... it's open but feels closed off at the same time. I feel like this has been explained to me before... I really need to pay attention more. Though I guess it's sometimes hard when I'm busy with so many Servants.'

The sensing and thinking were brought to a quick halt by an energetic voice drawing itself closer to them. Questions popping up the moment they both made eye contact with it. "It's a talking..."

"Magic stick?" Keiji finished Mash's bewilderment.

Said magic stick sped away from its pursuers, rushing towards them and placing itself in front of the pair. "It's probably surprising to see a super magical talking stick like me, but don't be afraid. I will apologise in advance, but I can sense the both of you do have plenty magical energy, right?" the magical stick told them. "I need both your help."

"We do, stick," Keiji replied.

"Before you continue... what are you?" Mash asked. "This world seems every peaceful. Can there really

The highly animated stick shook about. "I'm the Magical Stick of Love and Justice, Magical Ruby!" Ruby exclaimed, plenty of optimism from what would normally be an inanimate object.

"Okay... and what's the problem, Ruby?" Keiji asked, information was vital. Magical objects having sentience wasn't far from the strangest thing; his very own Boosted Gear functioned similarly. 'Still, there's something weirdly familiar with it. Not in the same way how my Sacred Gear works...'

Any further discussion was put to ruin as a rain of spells had them quickly disengage from the spot. "Enemy ahead!"

"Of course it had to be Medb," Keiji muttered, as she may not have been the most powerful, but that didn't make it any less easier with her for... reasons.

Ruby moved in front of them. "She's the one! That's the one that attacked me and my master!" Ruby exclaimed.

Sadistic and sweet, the usual Medb stood in front of them. The iconic whip in her hand, one she made sure to spank into the palm of her hand extra upon seeing a male in magical girl territory. Mash entering whispering mode: "This must be the usual case in all Singularities we visit, but Medb feels more aggressive than usual, Master."

"Hmm... I don't like others talking about with my presence but I should enlighten you outsiders to my glory! I'm Medb! Magical Girl of Honey and Geis, Connacht ☆ Medb, the queen who rules the Land of Snow and Honey!"

If there was a proper way to respond to that, none of them had the answer. Ruby being the one on more on guard.

"I'll have you two hand over that magical girl stick right now!" Medb declared, several familiars rising from behind her to make the point clear.

Ruby rushing to a higher atmosphere. "I won't be letting that happen to me!"

Too much nonsense going on for Keiji to care, but that's why he was quick to destroy all of Medb's monsters. A clean sweep of demonic energy overcoming them like a flood against humans, toppling them under his dense magical might.
