chapter 71: Yuno vs Rill

Flashback:

"Man I'm so excited, if I win I make it to the finals against Asta," said Rill looking excited making some of the other magic knights look confused by his attitude.

"Hes been like this for most of the tournament," one of them thought.

"Where does he get off acting like that, were the ones who are going to make it to the finals," Bell said looking annoyed.

"Bell," said Yuno getting the wind spirits attention, "Lets make sure to pull out all the stops," he said smiling and Bell smiled as well.

"You got it," she said while the magic knights looked surprised by Yuno's words.

"Does this mean hes been holding back," one of them thought when Walter walked over to Rill holding a cup of tea.

"Master Rill I'm sure you will make it to the finals and achieve victory and I'm sure your mother will be very proud of your actions," Walter said smiling as Rill took the cup.

"Really thanks a lot, then I better do my best," he said taking a drink while his teammates who stood behind him looked nervous.

"We cant become royal knights just because of him," the man from the silver eagles thought.

"But hes done most of the work and we might not get noticed," the man from the crimson lions thought when Augustus looked over at them with a bored look on his face.

"Who are they," he said making them look shocked.

"Alright lets make sure we do our best out there," En said when one of his mushrooms appeared on Noelles shoulders.

"Were not just going to take them down, were going to give them a good thrashing," he said looking serious.

"That's still weird," Noelle said brushing the mushroom off her shoulder, "I already have enough to think about with the chance I'll be going up against my boyfriend in the next round," she thought before shaking her head and looking determined, "No I cant think of that now, I should focus on winning this match,".

"That's the way to be, show them what your made of," the mushroom said.

Rill was looking at Yuno and pointing his paintbrush at him, "Maybe after I beat him and Asta ill be that much closer to a master piece," he said smiling.

"Not a chance, ill be the one to make it to the finals," Yuno said smiling when Walter and Bell looked at each other.

"Master Rill will achieve victory," Walter said.

"No Yunos going to win," Bell said.

"No," said Walter looking annoyed.

"Yes," said Bell looking annoyed as well.

Flashback end

"The second semi finals match will now begin," the announcer said.

"Ill take care of the captain of the Azure deer, you defend the crystal," Yuno said looking serious.

"Right," said Noelle looking determined before Yuno took off into the air fast, Noelle and En shielding their eyes from the wind.

Yuno flew fast towards Rills team, "Oh boy here he comes, the wind magic user, hey down here," Rill said looking excited.

"We should back up for now," the crimson lions member said and the man from the silver eagles nodded before they ran.

"Wind magic, wind blade storm," Yuno said pointing his right arm forward as multiple wind blades shot at Rill who smiled as he moved his brush through his paint board. The painting of a bearded man in a white robe appeared behind him.
