Asta and Yunos teams were brought onto different sides of the battlefield as the people on the stone stage watched, "The two best newbies from the star award ceremony facing against each other in the finals," one of the magic knights said.

"I intend to get stronger so I'll make sure to play close attention, go get em Asta," Leopold said holding his fist in the air.

"I may not be playing an important role in this match, so make sure you win Mimosa," said Kirsch.

Klaus pushed up his glasses as he starred at the battlefield, "Do your best you two," he thought.

Astas team stood in front of his teams crystal, "Hey little runt, you able to pull off that form one more time?" Xerx asked.

"Yeah, thanks to Mimosas healing I should be able to do it just one more time," he said looking in the direction their opponents were in.

"Well if Yuno acts the way in his previous matches he will probably come after us on his own," said Mimosa looking nervous.

"Your not going to hold back against him are you?" Xerx asked and Mimosa shook her head no.

"We both agreed to do our best, so I wont hold back," she said looking determined before looking at Asta, "Asta," she said getting his attention.

"Ill be alright, you two just leave Yuno to me," said Asta looking determined.

"Probably for the best, will take care of our own crystal and the enemy teams while were at it," said Xerx.

"Wait do you have enough magic," said Mimosa remembering the last spell he used against Langris.

"You don't need to worry, ive had plenty of time to recover since then," said Xerx smiling, "But remember, since I wont have much time my traps wont be as effective," he said.

"Mimosa, do you have enough magic left after healing me earlier?" Asta asked.

"Yes why?" She asked looking confused.

"Sorry, but I'm going to need your help with something," he said making them look confused.

Over with Yuno's team, "Noelle I know you and that anti magic boy are together, but you should hold nothing back," Ens mushroom said from her shoulder.

"Yeah I got it," Noelle said looking serious brushing the mushroom off.

"Lets all try our best," En said smiling giving a thumbs up.

"You better not hurt her Yuno, she may be your opponent but shes still your girlfriend," Bell said waving her hands in front of Yunos face.

"I know she isn't weak bell," said Yuno, "Shes gotten stronger since the day we met," he said smiling. But he then looked serious as he faced the directions Astas team was in, "But that doesn't mean will lose," he said.

"The final match in the royal knights selection test will now begin, Team B vs Team P," the announcer said as Yuno took off into the air.

Asta started running towards Yuno holding the demon slayer sword, "Wind magic, crescent moon sickle," Yuno said sending multiple wind slashes at Asta who took out most of them. One struck the ground sending up blast of smoke.

"Plant slash," Asta said making Yuno look surprised as he dodged a green slash of light. When the smoke cleared Asta was wielding the demon dweller sword, its middle glowing green.

"No holding back right?" Asta asked smiling.

"Right," said Yuno before sending out a wind slash.
