chapter 85: The lion awakens

From inside Fuegoleons room. The sounds of battle could be heard as spells clashed. Two crimson lion members stood in front of their former captains bed. "Whats happening out there," a female member said looking worried.

"There's nothing we can do for now," the male member said. "All we can do for now is protect captain Feugoleon," he said looking at him. Outside Leopold along with several other squadmates were crouched on the ground. Many of them already looking tired and injured.

"I must say you humans area always a big trouble when your in groups," a man said from a balcony. It was a man with a scar on his forehead. But he was now covered in light and there were red markings on his face.

"What's happening to vice captain Randall," one of the male squad members said.

"Sorry but my name isn't Randall," he said. "And I wont stop until ive destroyed every single one of you humans," he said holding up his hand.

"Its over," one member said.

"Were finished," he said.

"Stop it," said Leopold getting their attention. They watched as Leopold slowly stood back up. Looking determined he spook up, "Don't forget we were trained by two of the strongest magic knight captains," he said.

"Were suppose to be toughest out of all the magic knight squads," he said standing up. "If we give up now then what kind of magic knight squad would we be," he said.

"Your right Leo," one member said. The others now looking determined to fight back.

"Randalls magic has always been powerful," Leopold thought. He then remembered the times the two of them would train together. "Back when we would fight together he would always use his air magic to fan my flames," he thought.

"It made my spells more powerful and I never would have guessed he would make such a strong opponent," Leopold thought. "But I'm not giving up now," he thought as a flame appeared in his hand.

"Flame magic spiral flame," he said. Firing two spiral flames at Randall who just smiled.

"Is that all you've got," said Randall putting his hand forward. "Air magic, air barrier," he said. A small barrier of air formed in front of him and stopped Leopolds spell. Making Leopold look surprised when Randall pointed his hand at him.

"Try this, Air magic, exploding impact," he said. A blast of air hit Leopold in the stomach and sent him flying back.

"Leo," a squad member said. "Cmon everyone lets follow Leo's lead, will use our most powerful spells against him," he said. "Iron magic, iron bullet," he said. He then held up a large bullet.

"Right, Fire magic, fierce javelin," another member said. He then held up a javelin made out of fire.

"Try Stone magic, stone impact," he said. Holding up a large sphere of stone.

"Wow you humans really are stubborn," Randall said. "You can try but I wont stop until all of you are destroyed," he said. He then jumped towards the crimson lions.

"Air magic exploding blast," he said. Sending out a blast of air and hit the man with iron magic. He then sent another blast of fire magic user. Three members jumped towards him. But he ended up kicking all of them into the air.

"Everyone keep standing, we just need to hold out," the iron magic user said. But Randall jumped above him and sent out a blast of air. Taking him down.

"Ahh," Leopold yelled sending out a blast of flame at Randall. But he easily dodged and landed in front of Leopold.

"You really are powerful," he said smiling. "But I shouldn't be surprised given that you're a royal," he said.
