chapter 114: A new problem

"Hello, I'm sorry I worried you all," Julius said waving with a smile on his face. The others still look surprised to see once a fully grown man now looking like a kid.

"Hey hold on a second," Yami said walking up to him, "I don't get it how are you still alive," he said remembering when Julius said he was leaving everything to him.

"Your death inspired me to work really hard, what am I supposed to do after all that," he said looking annoyed as he held him up by the front of his robe.

"I'm sorry, I didn't know it would take this long for my magic to kick in," Julius said looking nervous. Yami then dropped him and turned away as he rubbed the back of his head.

"Well I did think I would never see you again, guess its alright that your okay," he said while Charlotte smiled at him.

"Its good to see you alive Julius, I hope you can explain to us how you ended up this way," she said.

"I know you've all been through a lot, but there are somethings that must come first," Julius said before looking at William who had a sad look on his face.

"Julius, I," he said looking down, not knowing what to say to him.

"William Vangeance, no matter the reasons what you did was an unforgivable crime, it will take a long time for the citizens to recover from this," Julius said looking serious, "That's why I wont let you sit idly by," he said.

"Don't you think your being to easy on him," Yami said looking serious while William looked surprised.

"I'm the one who invited him to join the magic knights and made him a captain, so I'm at least partially to blame for whats happened," Julius said before remembering his last battle, "Theres also the fact I lost to the one in control of Williams Body," he said.

"William, despite the hatred you will face in the future, do you have the strength to push forward," Julius said.

After a few moments William gave the salute as tears appeared in his eyes, "Yes sir, once again my grimoire is yours and in service to the clover kingdom," he said.

"Alright, now onto the next thing," Julius said..

Much later at the castle in the wizard kings office. Julius stood with Yami and Charlotte. In front of them stood a confused Asta, Noelle, Mimosa and a calm Nero. They were all wondering why they were brought here.

"You've all done great work, the final battle is over and we can live happy ever after, at least that's what I would like to say," Julius said while the others who didn't know it was him, still looked confused, "Sadly there there are three new problems,".

"Just who is this and why did they call us over like this," Noelle thought.

"This magic, it can't be," Mimosa thought looking surprised.

"Hey captain Yami, I know this Ki, but it cant be," Asta said.

"First problem, the wizard king is nowhere to be found," Julius said.

"Wrong, your right in front of us," Yami said while the others look surprised.

"Wait what," Asta said.

"The problem is that my magic isn't what it used to be and my grimoire is now just this page," Julius said holding up a page, "I also no longer have the influence I had over the nobles who only care about the wealth and power in the kingdom," he said.

"Hang on I have a question, how are you alive and why are you so small now," Asta said.

"That's more then one question," Yami said.
