Kisses

After an exhilarating evening at the carnival, I lay in my bed, staring at the ceiling. The thrill of the roller coaster, the laughter with friends, and the unexpected feelings for Kuroo swirled in my mind. As I tried to make sense of everything, my phone buzzed on the nightstand.

I glanced at the screen, surprised to see Tsukishima's name. Hesitantly, I answered. "Hello?"

"Hey, I'm outside your house," he said, his voice unusually soft.

"What? It's late," I replied, confused and a little worried.

"I know. Can we talk?" he asked, sounding almost vulnerable.

I quickly threw on a hoodie and made my way downstairs, quietly opening the front door. Tsukishima stood there, his hands shoved in his pockets, looking uncharacteristically nervous.

"Come in," I whispered, leading him up to my room.

Once inside, he sat on the edge of my bed, staring at the floor. "I have a big volleyball game tomorrow," he finally said, his voice barely above a whisper. "I'm... I'm really stressed out about it."

I sat beside him, placing a comforting hand on his arm. "You're going to be amazing, Tsukishima. I've seen you play. You're one of the best."

He looked at me, his eyes filled with a mix of anxiety and something else I couldn't quite place. "Will you be there?" he asked.

"Of course," I replied without hesitation. "I'll always support you."

Before I could say anything more, he leaned in and kissed me. This kiss was different from before—more passionate, more intense. It felt like we were crossing a line, moving into uncharted territory. I responded, my heart racing as I wrapped my arms around him.

His hands roamed my back, pulling me closer. I could feel the tension and stress melting away from him, replaced by something much more primal. We broke the kiss for a moment, both of us breathless.

"Blackfire," he murmured against my lips, his voice husky. "I need you."

His words sent a shiver down my spine. We tumbled onto the bed, the room filling with the heat of our escalating desire. His lips moved from my mouth to my neck, sending sparks of electricity through my body. I let out a soft moan, tilting my head to give him better access.

He continued his trail of kisses, moving down to my collarbone and then to my chest, his touch igniting a fire within me. It was wild, intense, and unlike anything I had ever experienced before.

We stayed like that, kissing and exploring each other, but never crossing the line into something more. Our clothes remained on, a barrier that kept us from going too far, too fast. But even so, the connection between us was undeniable, and I knew that things between us had irrevocably changed.

Eventually, we lay together, tangled in the sheets, our breathing slowly returning to normal. Tsukishima held me close, his fingers gently tracing patterns on my skin.

"Thank you," he whispered, pressing a soft kiss to my forehead. "For everything."

I looked up at him, my heart full. "Anytime," I replied, knowing that things between us had irrevocably changed. But for now, I didn't want to think about what it all meant. I just wanted to savor this moment, this night, and the feeling of being connected to someone in such a profound way.
