The night after Tsukishima's victorious game, I found myself buzzing with excitement. He had texted me earlier, asking if I was free for the evening. When I said yes, he told me to dress nicely because he had something special planned.

I stood in front of my mirror, adjusting my outfit for the hundredth time. A soft, knee-length dress in a shade of blue that matched Tsukishima's eyes seemed perfect. I added a touch of makeup and styled my hair loosely. Taking a deep breath, I finally felt ready.

Tsukishima arrived at my house right on time, looking handsome in a casual yet neat outfit. He had a shy smile on his face as he handed me a small bouquet of flowers. "You look beautiful," he said softly.

"Thank you," I replied, feeling a blush creep up my cheeks.

We walked to a nearby park that was beautifully lit with fairy lights strung up in the trees. A blanket was spread out on the grass with a picnic basket in the center. The scene looked like something out of a fairytale.

"I thought we could have a quiet dinner under the stars," Tsukishima explained, guiding me to the blanket.

The evening was perfect. We ate, talked, and laughed, enjoying each other's company in the peaceful surroundings. Tsukishima seemed more relaxed than I had ever seen him, a soft smile playing on his lips as he watched me.

As the night deepened, he grew quieter, a contemplative look in his eyes. Finally, he took a deep breath and looked at me seriously. "Blackfire, there's something I need to ask you," he began, his voice steady but filled with emotion.

My heart started to race. "What is it, Tsukishima?"

He took my hands in his, looking directly into my eyes. "These past few weeks, spending time with you, getting to know you better... it's been incredible. I can't imagine my life without you. So, I want to ask... will you be my girlfriend?"

Tears of joy welled up in my eyes as I nodded enthusiastically. "Yes, Tsukishima. I'd love to be your girlfriend."

A wide smile broke out on his face as he pulled me into a tight embrace. We stayed like that for a while, just holding each other, basking in the happiness of the moment. When he finally pulled back, he cupped my face in his hands and kissed me tenderly. It was a kiss filled with promise and the start of something wonderful.

The rest of the night felt like a dream. We walked back home hand in hand, talking about our future and all the things we wanted to do together. By the time we reached my doorstep, I felt like the luckiest person in the world.

"Goodnight, Blackfire," Tsukishima said, leaning in for one last kiss.

"Goodnight, Tsukishima," I replied, smiling against his lips.

As I watched him walk away, I knew that this was just the beginning of a beautiful journey together.
