Star's POV

Now that we were back in Los Angeles, the three of us were already yearning over France. We enjoyed our last meal with Blaise and his three little daughters before we left.

I went straight to my first interview, which was with Buzzfeed, after landing at the airport. I was ready to go on camera, all dressed up. They just asked me questions as I got to play with the cutest puppies ever.

"Are you serious? This is really adorable." I melt in awe as the puppies sprint towards me.

"Hello babies." As I pet them, my voice becomes high-pitched.

Midway I have Dallas and Ian interrupt the interview to give the dogs some affection.

I tell them, "Say hi to everyone."

"Hi everybody." A puppy leaps into Ian's arms as he greets.

Dallas says, staring at the dogs, "Hello."

"Is this trio always together?" I'm asked.

"Yes, when you see one of us just know y'all that there is a very good chance that we're all together."

After finishing that interview, I move on to the Kelly Clarkson show.

A song and an interview. She was kind, gentle, and attentive.

"I just want to say you are one of the kindest hosts I've been on since my album release." I inform her.

"What? You are so adorable."

"You are, though. I feel so much more at ease talking about this album with you. Truly, I'm grateful." I thank her.

Once I finished that, I make my last appearance of the day. I had a music performance scheduled with BBC Radio.

Before going there, I changed into a new outfit. I wore loose-fitting jeans and a black cropped long sleeve shirt.

"Hi!" My name is Star." I say going into the building.

"Hi Star, what a pleasure." They greet me.

"These are my friends Dallas and Ian." I give them a brief introduction.

Everyone says hello to one another and tells me how things are going to unfold.

"It's going to be just like if you were at your studio but we have cameras."

"Got it, sounds fun." I tell them. 

"These are some songs we would like you to sing, is there any songs you want to cover?"

I glance at the list and see tracks from both my current album and my first.

"I think I'm going to start with these one's from my new album then hop to my first album." I tell them. "For covers I think most likely a Billie song and let's do Harry Styles."

"That sounds perfect." They tell me.

They ask, "Which would you prefer—to stand or sit?"

"We can start with the chair and I'll probably end up standing."

The crew provides a chair and I'm ready to begin.

I perform two tracks from each of my albums before diving into the covers. As I said earlier, I eventually stood up.

Billie Eilish's "Happier Than Ever" is the first song I cover.

"Am I able to get the chair back, please? It seems more suitable to do this while seated."

I perform the song, giving it my own unique interpretation. It had a more sad vibe and was slightly slower.

You scared me to death, but I'm wasting my breath

I realized how much I could relate to the song while I was singing it. This is one my favorite aspects of music. While I was singing, it was about my father, but Billie was singing about her ex.
