'It's still too risky, the calculation cannot be good enough...' Snape murmured as he read the book in the forbidden section, studying spatial magic and even making calculations because he wanted to learn new spells.

He was calculating a way to increase the chances when the wizards in those records had failed a long time ago. He intended to improve and create other spells.

He was at it for a while, until he finally decided to close his books, after all, he had to go to the D.A.D.A. class which would return to being the duel among all the classes.

This week was quiet, except for the fact that the Marauders looked at him as if he had slept with their mothers, no one bothered him, even the Marauders didn't try anything, since everything they did this year with Snape ended up being a frustrating attempt for them.

Snape headed to the class leaving the library, while passing through the corridors, he found something peculiar, seeing a girl with almost platinum blonde hair, standing in the middle of the place looking up.

As Snape approached on his way to class, the girl did not turn around before addressing him, "Can you help me, Mr. Snape?" she asked with a curious tone, yet still fixing her gaze upwards.

Snape looked at her for a few seconds, before following her gaze as he got close to her, there were two pairs of shoes on the ceiling. "How did that end up up there?" he asked.

Pandora smiled lightly as she turned to him, "The Wrackspurts are quite known for doing things like this. They float around invisible and love to play with objects they find. It could be them, or perhaps the Nargles. They are mischievous and like to pick up small things, especially shoes, according to my father."

Snape looked at her, an eyebrow arched. "What the hell is that?" He knew nothing about what she was talking about there.

"They are very mischievous beings. But they don't like being looked at, so they keep hiding, many of them inhabit the back of the ear, so it's always good to check if they're not hiding there..." The girl said as Snape was left speechless by what he was hearing. "I think that's why these shoes are suspended. Maybe the Nargles are building a nest."

"..." Snape simply looked at her, as if wondering whether to believe in this nonsense. "Why don't you take that off the ceiling...?" Snape asked, not believing a word she said.

"I... didn't want to bother them... they seem so happy up there..." she said with a dreamy look.

'It's clear that some student is playing a prank on this girl...' Snape murmured and turned back to the girl with incomprehensible phrases. "You are without a wand, aren't you?" he asked.

"..." She turned to him, eventually nodding. "Yes, I believe it's the Wrackspurts, they also live in people's ears and mess with the mind with whispers," she said as if that was a normal excuse.

"..." Snape sighed and pulled his wand out, with it appearing with some flashes as he took it from his inventory, while he pointed it at the shoes and they began to fall down the next moment, flying towards a barefoot Ravenclaw girl.

"Thank you!" she exclaimed before becoming thoughtful. "I hope the Nargles aren't sad about losing their nest..." she said while Snape wanted to slap his forehead.

"First of all, I want to thank you! I'm Pandora Silverwood, fifth year at Ravenclaw, we have potions and Herbology classes together," she said, smiling at him.
