Snape appeared in Friday's classes, finishing the exams while discussions about him and the Auror continued.

"You're telling me he was struck by an Auror... After everything he's done all year?!" Lucius Malfoy said to his peers.

"True... it's hard to believe after all that guy's done..." said the boy from the Rosier family, who had also had a feud with Snape since the beginning of the year but hadn't been able to do anything about it. He could only grit his teeth while watching him. At one point, he had given up, and even his peers sent a message to his mother.

She quickly sent a letter back, demanding to know why he had stayed silent about a half-blood humiliating him and the Rosier name. She even mentioned that she would take care of Snape once she figured out how he could leave the school on weekends with an agreement with the headmaster.

But in the end, she achieved nothing, Malfoy's father achieved nothing, and all the other families Snape had provoked simply couldn't do anything. This left them frustrated—if even the adults couldn't do anything, what more could they do when Snape had privileges none of them had and returned incredibly strong and arrogant, which made everyone start avoiding him.

Once, Lucinda was hurt when Death Eaters attacked her family's artifact shop. As she was someone who was always following Snape, she seemed like an easy target. However, when Snape found out that the girl had been taken to the hospital wing with some burns, something macabre happened: all the involved individuals were found with their legs broken.

They didn't see who did it, and not even the headmaster could figure it out, but everyone knew it was Snape. From that moment on, everyone started avoiding him, and no one wanted to talk about it, so only a small group in Slytherin knew the truth.

"Maybe he's not as strong as we thought..." someone suggested.

"But it was an Auror who did this! What can we do?" another murmured.

"Maybe we can't, but I'm sure the adults can."

"Yes... anyway, the Rosier family will be after him as soon as classes end, won't they?" Lucius asked, and the boy from the Rosier family nodded.

"Then we should..." another student began to speak, but was interrupted.

"Don't speak, Lucius' fiancée is here." He said as Narcissa entered the room, looking at them suspiciously before passing by and leaving the Slytherin common room.

"It seems your fiancée is getting very close to Snape..." someone teased.

"Shut up!" Lucius Malfoy growled. This was his last year, and soon he would graduate and start his adult life, including his marriage, which his father and the Black family had agreed upon. But he wasn't happy at all with Narcissa's behavior. She always seemed distant, not that he cared much about it; it was an arranged marriage, and as long as she fulfilled her role, it was fine.

However, the fact that she was so close to Snape, with some people even gossiping that they could be lovers—which he didn't believe—but it irritated and humiliated him. Snape seemed much closer to Andromeda, who blatantly flirted with him, even in front of the common room.

"Come on, Lucius, you won't be the first to sleep with her, at least she'll be experienced enough to teach you those things," another teased, and Snape looked at him with fury, nearly casting a Cruciatus curse on him.

"Stop it. We need to unite and figure out how we can get rid of Snape," tried the seventh-year group to calm things down.

"But you know the Dark Lord might be interested in Snape, right?"
