After the announcement of the duels, Professor Longbottom continued explaining how her class would be, with more practical studies and preparations for real combat, which Snape didn't find bad at all.

After the class ended, he had part of the afternoon free and decided to go to the secret room where Dobe had shown him, arriving there unnoticed, although the Marauders had followed him with their eyes a few corridors back but did not act against him.

He put away his things and began to train with some training dummies that were in the room, wanting to combine his old fighting style with magic, using both his body and magic in tandem.

It was a monotonous type of training... Being alone there, but for the current Snape, necessary. "Repetition leads to perfection..." He murmured and continued training.

After hours of training, he went to have lunch in the kitchen, since he had to fetch the Graphorn and took it to his room afterward. "I think I'll call you Atlas," Snape murmured, finally deciding to name the animal.

The next day he had Charms class and again Defense Against the Dark Arts.

Starting his day with Professor Filius Flitwick in Charms class and finally returning to Professor Longbottom's class again, with her class being on Wednesday and Thursday.

"I hope you think a lot about what we learned today..." she said at the end as everyone left the class.

Snape had to admit that her lesson plan was not bad, and he hoped to learn new spells. The practical classes would begin next week with the duels.

Snape noticed that despite the looks from the Marauders, some members of his house, Lucinda, or even Lily, who still had eyes on him, he no longer had the full attention of the previous week, which was good for him, liking to remain more discreet like the old Snape.

He had the afternoon free and went to the forbidden area to study along with the Muggle books, where he kept doing calculations with his theories, trying to improve the experiences of the actions the wizards he read about performed. Spatial magic was so rare in the history of magic that the only successful thing was the creation of some spells used by a few wizards who died and whose knowledge remained only in records. The only thing that became popular and was passed down through the centuries were Apparition, storage magic, and travel with Floo Powder. But Snape was willing to delve into this area and even some other unknown magics.

He continued this, placing his notes in his notebook as usual, while feeling a ghost approaching from there, one he knew very well.

Peeves was finally returning to normal after more than a week since his near-death moment, when he was passing through the walls and ended up entering the forbidden section, going to the library to bother some student with his pranks. But what he did not expect was to come across the person he feared most in this school, even surpassing the Headmaster himself. Snape looked at him as soon as he appeared, and Peeves froze in place upon seeing him too.

"..." Snape said nothing, just stared at him.

"Y-You!!" Peeves reacted the next moment, fleeing from there screaming, drawing the attention of all the students in the library as he passed over them, even making the librarian Madam Pince get up to see what was happening.

"Did you do something to him, Mr. Snape?" She approached Snape in the forbidden area.

"..." Snape just looked at her and shrugged, not wanting to respond to her with something so idiotic; he had more important things.
