Hogwarts.

Clarisse and Snape returned to the school after sneaking through the entrance of the Forbidden Forest, heading back to the castle together and going straight to the Slytherin dormitory, since while Clarisse had her OWLs, Snape had to prepare his potions.

"..." Clarisse remained silent the entire time, but kept glancing at Snape often.

"If you have something to say to me, say it." Snape was tired of being stared at constantly while the girl didn't even know how to be discreet.

"That... thing you did to the centaur..." She started, a little lost, looking at him as they walked. "That can't be the result of a potion..." She finally said as Snape met her gaze.

"Maybe, but that's not your concern, is it?" He said in a dry tone.

"I think it is..." She murmured, realizing that even if it was something else, he didn't want to talk about it.

They continued walking until they found the entrance to Slytherin, with Snape saying the password and entering, Clarisse following him. The house common room seemed full, as some students wouldn't go to Hogsmeade as usual, preferring to stay and study.

"Clarisse?!" A student exclaimed, seeing Greengrass entering right behind Snape.

"Where have you been...?" She asked before really understanding the situation, looking at Snape with a surprised look. "I mean... where were you two...?!" She exclaimed as if it were big gossip.

Snape shrugged and looked at Clarisse, "I'm going." He said, starting to walk to his room.

"Alright... Thank you for everything!" She still thanked Snape for taking her to the Forbidden Forest, knowing she could have been in big trouble if she had been alone with that centaur.

"..." Snape just nodded and kept walking.

"Friend! Why didn't you say you were going out with him?! Are you two dating or something?"

"It's not that! He helped me with something today."

"Stop being silly, I'm going to tell Daphne and Cassandra immediately!"

"Wait! It's not like that, don't do it!"

Snape heard those girls arguing before continuing on his way to his dormitory.

"You are free." Snape released Atlas at that moment, while the Graphorn stretched its legs and made a sound at Snape.

"Hooo."

Snape looked at it with a frown and sighed. "Dobby." He said, and a house-elf appeared at that moment.

"Master Snape!" He said cheerfully.

"Hello, Dobby, can you bring food for Atlas? I don't have time to go to the kitchen." Snape said, and the elf nodded before disappearing and returning with some dishes.

"Here, Atlas, lake mud stroganoff with mint gum and vulture feather with marshmallow and spinach." He said cheerfully while Atlas nodded happily before pouncing on the dish.

Meanwhile, Snape, while setting up his cauldron to start preparing his weekend potions, looked at the elf with a small grimace. "Forget it, you'll kill him with the type of food, not the quantity..." He murmured and went back to making his potions, completely ignoring Atlas eating the food enthusiastically after Dobby left.
