Part 94: A baby intervention

 Jin's POV

I stand in the doorway watching my Joonie as he looks down at his beautiful sleeping children. The smile that adorns his face warms me from my core. I quietly come behind him and slide my arms around his waist.

"Hi baby," I whisper as he flinches a bit.

"Oh, Jin, you startled me."

"Can't I hug my man?" I chuckle lightly.

"It's just that you don't often initiate hugs," he says turning around.

"I know and I want to change that." I reach down and take his hand.

"Joonie, you've been working so hard on changing and I know it hasn't been easy. I have not acknowledged you for the wonderful father and husband you have become and I'm sorry." He whispers a soft sigh of relief.

"Oh, Jin, that means so much to me. Baby, I was scared that you might have given up on me. I was frightened you were here just for the children." His beautiful eyes become glossy.

"No, Joonie. I'm totally here for you. I want us to go away together. This weekend."

"Oh sure, that would be great. The kids would love it." I chuckle at my sweet husband.

"No, baby. Just me and you. No children," I smile.

"What? No children? Are you okay, Jin?" His jaw slacks.

"Yes Joonie. I'm okay. I want to focus on us. I want us to take time for us on a regular basis."

"Ooh, Jin, that sounds hot," he says, and I wink with an added sexy smile.

"I've some very special naughty things in mind for my sweetheart."

"Fuck, Jin!"

I lean forward and give my husband a kiss on the cheek.

"Baby, our marriage is like a garden. You know what happens to a garden that is not tended to. It's quickly taken over by weeds, and it loses its beauty, but with hard work it can be revived."

"Jin, who will watch our twins?"

"Oh, I can think of two loving uncles that adore their niece and nephew."

"Babe, our kids are a handful. Are you sure it's not too much?"

"No. Uncle T-T is always up for a challenge." Joonie hawks out a laugh.

"What about Kookie?"

"Something tells me he'll be great."

"I'll call Tae and confirm."

Taehyung's POV:

"Tae I just don't understand why Jin and Namjoon couldn't find someone else to watch the twins. It's our free weekend," Kookie pouts.

"Kookie, I love those twins and so do you. They're our niece and nephew. Also, Jin and Namjoon need a break. C'mon, it will be fun."

"What the hell is fun about chasing around 2 two-year-olds, Tae?" I restrain my laugh.

"Kookie, we'll play games and do fun things with them," I say attempting to reassure him.

"Babe, I'd rather do fun games with you, Tae."

"Kookie stop joking around." He's cute because he's out of his element here.

"Who's joking? C'mon let's go to our bedroom and play." I chuckle at my cute little bunny.

"Kookie, Jin and Namjoon will be here in 10 minutes."

"Baby, I think it's wonderful that your brother and Jin trust us with those babies. l really want to support them. They are working on their relationship and need our help."
