Where the fuck do we take her?

I look to my brothers but Zach is too busy staring at Carlie, whilst Callum won't detract his gaze from the window.

Fuck.

"Take us home," I direct our driver, who nods from the front.

Cal and I take up the seats opposite Zach and Carlie, meaning we can all see each other.

Apart from Carlie, who has her eyes closed.

We spend the whole drive home in silence, partially having nothing to say to each other and partially so we don't wake her up.

As the car pulls to a stop outside our front door, Carlie stirs awake. She sits up and blinks a few times before wincing again.

"We're at our house," Zach explains to her as she starts to look around, "We didn't know where to take you because we don't know where you live."

She nods her head and Cal throws open the door, storming inside. I watch as she follows him with her eyes until he disappears into the house beyond view.

"Let's go, Kitten," Zach climbs out and holds his hand out for her.

She looks at me, unsure, but I nod and she takes his hand hesitantly.

He guides her inside and I follow them.

She lets out a gasp and stops walking when she sees our entryway. Her eyes follow the black metal railings up the white stone quartz stairs lining both side walls.

Her eyes flicker up to where they meet in the middle to an almost balcony style mezzanine. I hear her breath hitch when she sees Callum standing, leaning against them with fire in his eyes and his signature scowl on his face.

He keeps his eyes on her for a few moments before pushing off the railings and heading away, probably to his room.

She turns to me anxiously and I smile, trying to make her feel more comfortable.

What the fuck crawled up Callum's arse?

"Are you hungry?" Zach places his hand on her lower back, making her jump from the contact before relaxing into his touch.

"Not really," her voice is small. She sounds so different to the woman we met in our initial meeting.

"I'll show her to the guest room, Zach. You have that conference to do," I remind him. He sighs and gives her an apologetic look before heading down the hallway to his office.

"I can go home," she points to the front door but I shake my head.

"You're not a nuisance. They all want you here, trust me," I smile warmly at her. She nods her head uncertainly.

Grabbing her hand, which is small and doll-like in mine, and lead her up the stairs towards the guest room specifically next to Callum's.

He's not going to hide from her.
