REAPER wasn't lost, nor was she ignorant of where she was going, her black cloak swirling around her feet as she walked through the thick fog. She was currently trekking through Milsy Wetlands after Satotz lead her and the rest of the Hunter applicants out of the dark tunnel. Screams could be heard from all around her as many participants fell prey to the awaiting beasts and traps, and from behind her hood, she was able to vaguely make out the blurred shapes of people.

Finally breaking through the mist, she spotted Hisoka and a group of men all dressed in the same blue attire surrounding him with weapons in hand, each with a vicious scowl adorning their expressions. Scanning the area, her eyes snagged on two more figures standing on the edge of the clearing. There was Leorio and a shorter blonde beside him who was introduced as Kurapika, her attention however snapped back to the situation in front of her when the supposed leader started speaking.

"You're not Hunter material," the man spat in pure hatred and rage for Hisoka. "I've been thinking that ever since we met last year."

"We'll spare your life if you promise you'll never take the Hunter exam again," a lackey shouted, shoving the spear he was holding closer to Hisoka.

"Sure, why not," Hisoka replied nonchalantly, receiving many shocked responses. "I intend to pass, so there's no need to retake it."

Reaper, deciding that she was no longer interested, turned to take another path, a twig snapping underfoot. Instantly, the men closest to her whirled around, giving Hisoka the chance to strike. Pulling a single card hidden from his clothing, he was able to successfully slit the throats of the attackers surrounding him before leaving the leader for last. He had fallen back when his followers were attacked, his eyes wide with shock whilst frightened gasps escaped his lips. Trying to crawl away, the man's efforts were fruitless when Hisoka flung another card that successfully lodged itself the back of his head, killing him.

Reaper was impressed, but just barely as she watched Hisoka remove the card from the man's corpse, his eyes sliding up to meet hers as he did so.

"Well, well, look who it is," Hisoka proclaimed, a smile crawling across his face as he sidled up beside her. "What are you doing here, so off course?"

"Not fooling around like some people, if that's what you're asking," Reaper responded, continuing to walk away from him. "Then again, eliminating any threat to one's own safety is viable for said safety, isn't it?"

"That it is, Reaper~" Hisoka crooned, his eyes curving in delight at her words.

"Are you going to keep following me, or perhaps are you going to speak with the ones who actually seem to want to?" Reaper stopped short as she gestured with her hand to Leorio and Kurapika, the two boys flinching when they saw that she had noticed them. "I don't need meaningless distractions as I carry on."
