Raven and Daphne hurried down the steps outside the castle and towards the Forbidden Forest. It didn't take long to find their friends, as the couple could hear them arguing.

"What's going on?" Raven asked, as he and Daphne found their friends. He saw two Thestrals behind Harry and Hermione, and sensed more coming.

Ginny answered, "Harry doesn't want us three," she gestured to her, Luna and Neville, "coming with them to rescue Sirius."

Raven turned to Harry. "Harry, we're going to need all the help we can get." He said. "We didn't teach them how to fight for nothing."

"There's not even enough Thestrals-" Harry argued turning around. But he noticed more had arrived and he looked to Raven, who was smirking with slit pupils. "Fine," he added sighing, "pick one and get on."

Raven stepped up on a tree trunk, then hopped on one of the Thestrals.

"How am I supposed to get on one when I can't even see it?" Ron huffed.

"Hop on with someone that can see them." Raven replied. "Daphne, join me." He held out his hand to his girlfriend. Daphne got on the tree trunk, then took Raven's hand and followed his guidance to get on. She wrapped her arms tightly around her boyfriend, afraid she was going to fall off otherwise.

"Everyone ready?" Raven asked.

Harry looked around at the others, before returning his gaze to Raven. "Ready." He said.

Ginny had hopped on with Harry, while Ron went with Neville, and Hermione went with Luna. Fly to London. To the visitor's entrance at the Ministry of Magic. Raven said to the Thestrals.

"Hold on tight, love." Raven whispered, before the Thestrals kicked off. Daphne held on even tighter, closing her eyes and burying her face in her boyfriends back.

They flew up through the trees, leaving the Forbidden Forest, then as they were flying over Hogsmeade, Raven asked, "by the way, what happened to Umbridge?"

"She got carried away by centaurs." Harry snorted.

"Haha, nice." Raven chuckled.

Once they were flying over the sunset sky, Raven said, "take a look at that view, babe." Daphne slowly opened her eyes, then carefully pulled her head back from her boyfriend.

"Wow..." She said, amazed by the view. The sun was setting behind large trees and mountains, a warm scene painted in the sky. "You ever seen something so beautiful, Raven?" She asked, wondering. "Something so beautiful, you just can't look away."

"I have." Raven replied. "Every time I look at you."

Daphne immediately blushed at his reply, her mouth slightly open with surprise. "You sweet talker." She said smiling, resting the side of her head on his back. "I love you."

Raven smiled, putting his left hand on her hands. "I love you, too. And, hey, whatever happens tonight, don't leave my side. I'll protect you."

"There's no place I'd rather be." Daphne whispered. "But, yes, I promise to stay by your side, I know you'll keep me safe. I trust you." While she knew she could look after herself, Raven had more experience than she did, and would follow his lead.

"Thank you." Raven said, patting her hands.

"Do you think he'll be there?" Daphne asked, feeling a bit more comfortable on the Thestral.

"Yeah." Raven said quietly, knowing who she was talking about.

"How are you feeling about it?" Daphne asked.
