Alex POV - one month later
"What did you find?" I ask Serv.
He sets a box down on the island, "All tapes."
I smile, "Wow. Are they labeled?"
He starts digging through it, "Some have an S on them so I'm assuming that means they're of Sawyer."
I nod, "Okay, let's pop one in."
He sighs, "Is she going to be mad that we're doing this?"
I think about it.
"Maybe, but our baby is going to be proposing to her girlfriend very soon. She's all grown up and we missed out when she was little. I just want to ignore that she's all grown up for 30 minutes." I say.
He smiles and walks towards me, pressing a kiss to my forehead, "She will always be our baby. Just like the rest of them."
I smile and turn towards the living room with a tape.
I pop it into the video camera and hit play, stepping back.
I smile as I see Sawyer, who is maybe eight months old.
"There she is! My little crawling machine! Come here, Sawyer!"
I smile as a baby Sawyer giggles and starts crawling.
"Alright, baby! Go Sawyer go!" Daniel yells.
"Wait, she's doing it?!" I hear Elizabeth and the camera turns.
"Yeah babe, but don't worry, I got it all on film!"
"Oh, my baby, you did it! Come here, come to mommy!"
The camera turns again catch Sawyer who claps and starts crawling again until she gets to Elizabeth, who picks her up and kisses her cheek.
"Mommy is so proud of you, Sawyer, you did it!" Elizabeth says.
I smile and grab Serv's hand, "She's going to love these."
He smiles and nods, "Look how cute she was."
I keep watching the video as it cuts to Sawyer sitting in the sand with a fistful of sand.
"Lots of nutrients in there, huh, baby?" I hear Daniel say.
She giggles and brings her hand to her mouth.
"Daniel, don't let her eat sand!" I hear Elizabeth say and laugh.
"What? It's not going to hurt her."
Elizabeth picks up Sawyer and brushes her hand off, "It'll constipate her, we don't need that."
Sawyer claps and squirms.
"Okay, no more eating sand." Elizabeth says and sets her down.
The video cuts again to Sawyer's first birthday.
She smiles as a candle is lit and reaches for it, but Elizabeth stops her.
"Happy birthday, Sawyer!" People yell.
She smiles and claps then reaches into the cake with a fistful, shoving it in her mouth.
"Always been a messy eater." Serv says.
I nod and smile.
The camera cuts again and it's a video of Sawyer on a skateboard with a helmet on.
"Baby's first skateboard!" Daniel says.
She smiles, "-ateboard."
"Yeah, baby!"
He grabs her hand and starts pulling her.
