Sora started something, and he didn't know how long it would last. It wasn't something he thought through. All he did was kiss Chishiya, and now he was in Chishiya's room with a sheet bunched up by his hips. Ever since they made out in Sora's room, it just became a "thing" between them. Sora wasn't complaining and surprisingly, neither did Chishiya. Chishiya seemed to enjoy a distraction in the evening after the games.
Sora couldn't have thought that making out with Chishiya would lead them into a sexual relationship. Sora wasn't expecting anything from that kiss – honestly, looking back, he thought that kissing Chishiya would break the feelings he felt, if anything, they just increased. Sora was going to pretend he didn't have those feelings for Chishiya because Chishiya said that this was just between "friends."
Yes, he used air-quotes.
They were just fucking.
Sora wasn't complaining. Chishiya wasn't the first person that Sora had slept with at the Beach, but for the foreseeable future, he would be the only one Sora slept with.
Sora pushed himself up to sit on his knees. The sheet fell onto the back of his legs. "Can I have my lighter back?"
"No." Chishiya shook his head. "I still need it."
Sora rolled his eye as he climbed off the bed. He grabbed his swim shorts that was tossed to the ground earlier that evening. Kuina was out – that was all Chishiya told Sora when they ended up in bed. Sora skipped going to a game tonight, even though Aya asked him to come out. Apparently, she was already low on her visa after the last game she had to play.
It was only three days.
Sora still had over twelve days on his. He'd go out in a few days – right now, he was enjoying his evenings with Chishiya.
"For what?"
"A project."
Sora tied the string, tightening the shorts around his hips. "Like that Walkman taser, how the fuck did you do that?" Sora asked, crossing his arms.
Chishiya shrugged, not bothering to tell Sora what he had planned. Sora knew that Chishiya was doing all this on purpose. Sora rolled his eyes, raising his arms over his head to stretch. Chishiya noticed the scars on Sora's arms right away, from the very moment they slept together. They were scattered across Sora's arms – typically Sora had them covered for the most part. Chishiya didn't even notice them right away. "When did you stop?" Chishiya asked.
Sora casually looked up at his arms that were resting on top of his head. "A year ago." Sora confirmed. "Although, this one," Sora pointed to the freshest scar. "I did that to confirm that this was all real. It was the only way I could think to tell myself I wasn't dreaming." Sora said.
