Pain shot through Sora's body when the train car flipped and crashed into the wall. Sora didn't know what was happening to him in the real world, but that pain felt way too real. Sora felt blood dripping down his face when he came to in the dark train car. One of his legs was dangling out the broken window, brushing against the train track. He moved his head to the side, noticing the others who were just starting to wake up from that crash.
They were equally beaten up. "Way to go, Arisu." Sora complained as he pushed himself up. He groaned in pain, placing his hand behind his head. When he looked down, he saw it was covered in blood. "Lovely." He could only imagine what his body was up to and how he was concerning Chishiya.
Sora suddenly heard Nobu shout. He moved as quickly as his body would let him, getting sight of Arisu. "Oh shit!" He exclaimed. Arisu was out cold, a horrible wound to his side. They needed to get him the fuck out of there and assess the situation. The group gathered together, quickly getting Arisu onto his feet. Sora led the group away, looking for a place to hide out for a while until Arisu could get his strength back up. He looked over his shoulder to Arisu who was barely holding on. His legs nearly buckled under him. Sora went ahead slightly to find a place to lay Arisu down. "Over here!" Sora shouted, waving his hand over his head.
The group ran towards him, getting Arisu onto the ground. Sora was definitely getting flashbacks to when he was stabbed during his very first Hearts game. He didn't know what Chishiya did to save his life; he was in and out while Chishiya and Reika were tending to him. Sora thought quickly, trying to come up with something that could be used to keep Arisu from dying during the Joker games. Sora didn't want to face Usagi to tell her that Arisu died.
Sora turned to Natsu. "Come on, we're going to look for supplies." He doubted they'd be able to find much. This world had already been fully taken advantage of – Sora didn't think they'd find medical supplies. Sora was thinking on his feet. "I don't think we'll find actual surgical supplies, so look for anything."
"How do you know what to look for?" Natsu asked.
Sora looked at Natsu. "My boyfriend was a resident before the meteorite. He continuously tells me that he could have stitched me up better than the doctor who did." Sora quickly split off from Natsu, looking for anything that could help keep Arisu from dying. Natsu and Sora hurried around until they could find some things that would help, maybe. Sora looked over the items they found, hoping that this would work.
It was a temporary fix – Arisu would either feel it once he woke up, or the wounds they had in this version of the games didn't cross over. Sora hoped for the latter. Sora didn't need to explain to the hospital staff how he suddenly had all these new wounds that weren't there before.
Natsu and Sora ran back to where their group was hiding. Sora was slightly ahead of Natsu, shining the flashlight down at the ground to keep them from tripping and hurting themselves. Natsu came to a stop, placing everything they found next to Arisu. "Okay, this was all we could find at the store." Natsu stated as she passed over the sewing kit.
