Sora sat across the stair, one down from Arisu. It felt weird being back in a game with him – and finding out why he was really in these games. Usagi was somewhere within this world once again, and Arisu planned on bringing her out. There really wasn't a lot of time to find her and get back to their world. In the real world, Arisu had two minutes – but those two minutes could literally feel like weeks in the borderlands.

"I never thought I'd see anybody I played with last." Sora spoke softly as Arisu looked up at the moon. "I don't even know why I came back here." Sora rested his cheek against his arm. He inhaled deeply – he so badly wanted to get out of this world again, he didn't even want to return. Sora was forced to by whatever happened to him on set.

"Banda must have wanted you here."

Sora rolled his eyes. "That serial killer can go fuck himself." Now that was the Sora that Arisu was used to.

"How's Chishiya?"

Sora lowered his gaze to his lap. "If I'm lucky, he's worried about me." Sora knew that Chishiya would be worried about his wellbeing. It was just that Sora hoped that Chishiya continued with his routine and didn't dwell on Sora's condition. He'd wake up eventually, once they cleared all the games. When Sora got home, he'd be fine. "I just feel bad for lying..."

"Lying about what?" Arisu asked.

Sora looked at Arisu. "When did you start remembering our time in the borderlands? The Witch Game? The Beach? Hatter? Mira?" Sora asked, rattling off questions. Arisu was still gaining back all his memories from his previous time in the borderlands. The Zombie game definitely knocked them back into his head. "I've been remembering since out group therapy sessions, maybe even before that." Sora remembered how he looked at Chishiya for the first time after meeting in the hospital, it was like they met before.

Arisu's face scrunched up.

"I kept several journals as those memories returned. From the Witch Game to the King of Spades. How everything felt so real here, having the stitches and surgeries to right those injuries. No meteorite can replicate those injuries." Sora leaned his head against the railing. "Some came in chunks while others came in flashes. Like I was out to lunch with Kuina, and suddenly, her face was Aya's. Aya was a citizen here – she was a fucking Queen for one of the face cards. I killed her." Sora explained.

Arisu had always wondered what the research teams were looking for – they were looking for Sora. But Sora had kept all his memories to himself. It was hard to keep those memories to himself. Not that anyone would believe him, unless it was someone from the borderlands. He couldn't even tell Chishiya in fear. Sora wanted to, but he couldn't bring himself to saying those words out loud.
