"Oh please!" Ellie cries, reading the Daily Prophet in the Slytherin Common Room. "Can you believe what this woman has said?" She throws the paper to Blaise and puts her head in her hands.

"Eleanor Black, daughter of murderous Sirius Black, has broken Triwizard champion Harry Potter's heart in exchange for the Halfblood Hufflepuff keeper, Felix Woodcroft." Blaise reads aloud, "Ms. Black seems to be following in her father's footsteps, killing young Harry Potter's spirit. How will he handle the pressure of the third task as well as a broken heart?"

Draco takes the paper and rips it, "No one believes Rita Skeeter, El. Bloody Hell, she's been saying that Granger has been breaking hearts left and right, as well. And that's utterly preposterous, look at her!." Ellie pushes him off the couch. "Sorry, I keep forgetting you're friends with her."

"I saw you staring at her at the Yule Ball, Dray, you can't hide from me." Ellie says, sitting in her cousin's old spot on the couch. Pansy gasps, so she quickly adds, "But he was mainly staring at you, Pans." Her friend settles back in her spot, relieved.

"I just don't understand how she got any of this information," Blaise sits next to Ellie, "did anyone have an interview with her and mention it?" Everyone shakes their heads no. He narrows his eyes, suspicious.

Ellie places her hand on his shoulder, "It doesn't matter how she found out, it's out there now." Her eyes widened, "Oh, Godric! I didn't tell Professor Lupin," she whispers to Blaise as the others fall into their own conversation, "he's going to be so angry he found out through the paper."

"He'll understand that you didn't want this in the paper," Blaise comforts his friend, "don't worry." Ellie smiles at Blaise and they start listening to the other three's conversation about how hard the transfiguration homework is.

Eleanor is sitting with Harry, Ron, and Hermione in the Great Hall, discussing the Daily Prophet. Hermione and Ellie are both fuming at the fact that Rita Skeeter keeps finding out about their lives.

"Do either of you know how she knows all this?" Harry asks.

"I have a theory." Hermione says, then changes the subject, "But is she telling the truth, Ellie? Are you and Felix dating, officially?"

Ellie nods her head with a smile on her face Hermione squeals, making Ron cover his ears. Harry, on the other hand, seems less than thrilled.

"Felix is a good guy, a good keeper too." Ron says, "Does Snuffles know?"

"How did he ask you?" Hermione jumps in, excitedly.

"When did this happen?" Harry asks as well.

Ellie laughs at her friends' questions, "Okay, I'll tell you. He asked me that last time we went to Hogsmeade, he bought me a book and everything. It was really sweet." Hermione 'awwws' as Eleanor continues, "And yes, Snuffles knows. I brought him food from the Three Broomsticks and I- uh- 'introduced them' is a weird term for it, considering he was a dog, but he has met him."

"That's so sweet!" Hermione gushes, "Felix seems to like you so much."

"Now the most important question; what's his favorite Quidditch team?" Ron asks.

Ellie rolls her eyes, "The Chudley Cannons," she murmurs.

"Now he knows what he's talking about!" Ron sits up straighter, "How he can deal with dating a Holyhead Harpies fan is beyond me."

"Don't start with this again-" The two of them begin bickering about their favorite Quidditch teams as Hermione listens in amusement.
