I woke up to a sleepy Asher, and to my new name his fiancé. I got up and headed to the kitchen to make some breakfast, I made pancakes, whipped cream and berries, we can't forget about the coffee. I made the table while waiting for the last pancake to finish.
''Good morning love.'' Asher whispered as he embraced me from behind.

''Good morning my fiancé, hungry?'' he kissed my neck, ''always.'' he muttered as his kisses wandered up my neck. I turned around and gave him a kiss. Just looking at him makes my heart fluster. Here I am, with the perfect man, eating pancakes and drinking my morning coffee. ''I was thinking...'' Asher said sipping his coffee. ''You
were thinking?'' I muttered back at him, I am after all, no mind reader. ''How about applying for a position at the university? I may know that there will be a position available soon.''

''And leave the aquarium to be with my husband? Well, it does sounds tempting.''

''I know you like it there, but you'd get a wider work, and you can teach all the kids about whatever it is that you do...''

''Hey!'' Asher laughed, ''I'm just messing, my wife is doing an important work for the ocean as a marine biologist studying the behaviors of the corals. But you could still do that at school.'' And his right, if I did take the job, I'd have more control over my studies, and I could find sponsors more easily than now. And I could also teach, but I wouldn't have to. ''I've made my decision. I'll do it.'' Asher almost choked from his
coffee, ''You don't wish to think about it?''

''Why would I? There's more opportunity's than my current work and I'd get free range. I could also sub when someone is sick, and to more research than what I can at the moment. I think we should go over there tomorrow when you go to work. I'll hand in my resignation in two days.''

What a page I'm turning, I'm getting married,
applying for a new position, what's next a child? ''Can you open the door? I'll start cleaning and feeding the kids.'' I walked over to the door, and I could barely open it before Sam came rushing in, bursting in tears. ''What's wrong?'' please tell me she and Charles are not splitting up, please! Sam pulled out a stick ''I'm pregnant!'' she shouted, and that's when it struck me. They were tears of joy. ''Congratulations! How far along are you?'' Sam wiped the tears from her face as she lit up like a glow stick. ''I'm 4 months, I waited to tell you extra-long to make sure I didn't lose the baby
again.''

''Again? What do you mean again?''

''We've been struggling, and I was terrified when it showed positive. So, I waited, and waited. And I'm all clear. Do you want to know the gender?''

''You could have talked to me, but I'm happy for you. Really. And please tell me I'm super curios!''

''It's a boy!'' I hugged Sam tightly and I couldn't stop myself from sheading a couple of tears of joy. Sam is going to be a mom, and I an aunt. ''Anyways I just came over to share the news, I really have to rush I have tons of errands to run.'' Sam waved goodbye and headed out. ''Who was it?'' Asher shouted from the kitchen. ''It was Sam, she just told me that she's pregnant.''

''That's great news''
Indeed it is. Some might be jealous, but I'm not. I have everything I have right here.
