Regulus Black, a member of the famous pure-blood Black family, was expected to follow in his family's footsteps and support Voldemort. But deep down, Regulus had his doubts. He didn't like the cruelty and hatred that came with being a Death Eater. Still, he felt trapped by his family's expectations.

Y/N, a bright and brave Gryffindor, was everything Regulus was taught to hate. She was Muggle-born, meaning she had non-magical parents, and she stood for justice and equality. Despite their differences, Regulus couldn't help but notice her courage and kindness.

One day, they crossed paths in the library. Y/N was searching for a book about ancient spells, and Regulus was there looking for a way to make a potion.
