Mattheo
Mattheo sat beside Y/N, his hand gripping hers as if sheer determination could keep her memories intact. The first time she forgot something small, like what she had for breakfast, he laughed it off.
But when she asked, "Wait... how do we know each other again?" his world shattered.
"It's me, Mattheo," he said, forcing a smile. "Your favorite troublemaker, remember?"
She tilted her head, her eyes narrowing in concentration. "Mattheo... sounds familiar."
He tried everything to make her remember—the stupid pranks they pulled together, the nights sneaking out, the way she'd always rolled her eyes at his bad jokes. But each day, she slipped further away.
When she woke up one morning and looked at him like he was a stranger, Mattheo whispered, "I'll remind you every day if I have to, Y/N. You'll never be a stranger to me."
Theo
Theo had always been composed, the calm in any storm. But as Y/N's memories began to fade, his steady demeanor cracked.
"Do you remember our trip to Hogsmeade last month?" he asked one evening, his voice tentative.
She frowned, her lips trembling. "I... I don't. I'm sorry, Theo."
He clenched his jaw, trying to hide the pain. "It's okay. I'll remember for both of us."
He started writing everything down: the way her laugh sounded when he made her blush, the quiet nights spent reading in the common room, even the time she yelled at him for stealing her favorite quill.
On the day she finally forgot his name, he handed her the journal. "This is us, Y/N. Everything we've been. If you can't remember, at least you'll know we had something worth writing about."
Tom
Tom wasn't used to feeling powerless. He had always been in control—until Y/N started slipping away.
"Y/N," he said one evening, his voice sharp with frustration, "tell me you remember what we talked about yesterday."
Her brow furrowed. "I'm sorry, Tom... I don't."
For the first time, he couldn't find a solution. No spell, no potion, nothing in his vast knowledge could reverse the curse. It enraged him, but more than that, it terrified him.
"Do you trust me?" he asked one day, his voice quiet.
"Of course," she replied, though the look in her eyes was distant.
"I'll fix this," he promised, more to himself than to her. "Even if you forget me, I won't forget you. I'll bring you back."
Enzo
Enzo tried to keep things light, even when Y/N started forgetting the little things.
"Alright," he said with a grin, holding up a chocolate frog. "What's my name, and what's your favorite snack?"
She laughed nervously. "Uh... Enzo?"
"Close enough!" he teased, though his heart ached at her hesitation.
As the days passed, his jokes grew quieter. One night, as they sat by the fire, she looked at him and asked, "Why are you so nice to me?"
He froze, his smile faltering. "Because I love you, Y/N. Even if you don't remember me tomorrow, I'll keep showing up. Every single day."
Draco
Draco was never one to wear his heart on his sleeve, but watching Y/N forget him piece by piece shattered his walls.
"Y/N, what's this?" he asked, holding up the bracelet he had given her on her last birthday.
She stared at it blankly. "It's... pretty. Did I buy it?"
His chest tightened, but he kept his voice steady. "No. I gave it to you. You said it was the only thing you'd never lose."
Her lips quivered, and she whispered, "I'm sorry, Draco."
He shook his head, placing the bracelet back on her wrist. "Don't be. I'll remind you of everything—every gift, every laugh, every kiss—until you remember what we mean to each other."
Blaise
Blaise tried to act like it didn't bother him, but the cracks in his usual calm began to show.
"Hey," he said one day, holding up a photo of the two of them. "Remember this? The Yule Ball last year?"
She shook her head, tears welling in her eyes. "I don't... I'm sorry, Blaise."
He clenched his fists, his voice trembling. "Don't apologize. It's not your fault."
But as she forgot more and more, Blaise found himself retreating, afraid of facing a version of her that didn't know him. Still, he couldn't stay away.
"Even if you don't remember me," he said softly one evening, "I'll still be here. Because forgetting doesn't erase what we had."
Regulus
Regulus wasn't used to dealing with emotions, but Y/N forgetting him brought out a side of him he didn't know existed.
"Y/N," he said one day, holding her hand tightly. "Do you remember why I gave you this ring?"
She shook her head, looking at the simple band. "No... should I?"
His heart sank, but he forced a smile. "Because you're my anchor. The one thing that keeps me steady."
As she forgot more, he began writing letters, tucking them into a box for her to find someday.
"Even if you forget me completely," he whispered one night, "I'll make sure you know how much you meant to me. Always."
