Author's pov:
Few days later
The beach house was filled with the freshness of the ocean breeze, its airy atmosphere alive with the gentle sound of waves crashing against the shore. The open-plan living room welcomed the sunlight, streaming in through large windows that framed the picturesque view of the beach.
The house had three cozy bedrooms, each uniquely designed with light, coastal tones, and simple decor. A spacious deck overlooked a large swimming pool, perfect for afternoon dips or evening gatherings under the stars. It all exuded a sense of calm and relaxation.
Why were they in a beach house? Well, since it was the weekend and it was the perfect weather to chill, Namjoon suggested they come here and have an eventful weekend. A perfect place to have fun, rewind and relax.
Yoongi stretched his arms wide, embracing the ocean breeze. “I love coming back here!” he said, with a broad smile looking out the balcony.
Jimin and the others followed him in, he scoffed at Yoongi as he replayed how hard it was to convince ‘the grumpy’ Yoongi to go with them, “You just wanted to relax in the pool, that's why you agreed to come with us. You ain't gonna help us with anything later.” he muttered the last sentence under his breath.
Yoongi turned around, offended even though Jimin was right, “Hey! This is the largest pool I have ever been in!” He exclaimed, pointing across at the pool.
Jungkook sighed, leaning against the balcony door, “Sometimes, I really feel older than you.” he muttered, sipping his chocolate shake.
They planned to reach Namjoon's parents' beach house by morning, but Yoongi's drama made them late. They could have still made it by the afternoon since Jungkook was driving, but a fight between him and Yoongi forced them to stop, delaying their arrival even further.
He narrowed his eyes at the youngest, “What do you mean, kid?” he asked, folding his arms over his chest.
Jungkook eyed him with a judging look, “Your actions don't justify your age.”
Yoongi scoffed before scowling at him, “Do not give me that expression or I will break your bones.” he warned, cracking his knuckles. The friends sighed as they watched the two argue again like they did in the car earlier.
Taehyung was fed up with their childishness, so he walked up to them and blocked them from attacking each other, “Can we not ruin the mood?” he yelled at them.
“Tell that to him!” Yoongi yelled back, pointing at Jungkook, who rolled his eyes at him.
Jimin shook his head in disappointment, he hadn't expected Jungkook to fuel Yoongi like that, “Hyung, c'mon. Ignore him.” he said, trying to end it all but it only got worse.
Jungkook snapped his head towards Jimin and glared at him, “Ignore me?” He questioned him with a high pitched voice and Jimin at that moment, regretted his existence.
Taehyung slid back his fingers through his red hair while he mumbled, “Oh god…”
“Alright, alright, enough you guys!” Namjoon stepped up as he yelled at them, “Stop behaving like kids!” He looked at Jungkook and Yoongi, who went quiet and looked away.
He continued, “We will come back to the pool later…” he uttered and added, “Let's freshen up, yeah?” He suggested.
“Yes, I can’t hold it anymore!” Jin exclaimed, squirming as he bounced on his feet, desperate to find a bathroom before he burst.
Hoseok sighed, and also chuckled lightly, “I told you to pee before leaving your house.” He said.
Jin rolled his eyes as the others watched him struggle, “How can– Oh my god! Where's the fucking washroom?” He burst out in frustration, clutching onto Hoseok’s shoulder tightly making him shriek out in pain.
