Another day had come to Camp Everfree. Sunset was doing something she hasn't done in a long time.
She was stalking. Things in this camp became a bit too weird, to say the least.
She had crouched down in front of a door of the caban that was the siblings' office. She managed to get the end of an conversation.
Timber:It's too much for you! You have to let it go!
Right at that moment Gloriosa slammed the door open, leaving in a furious hurry. Timber had gone after her, a worried expression on his face.
Fortunately, Sunset heard when Gloriosa's step got closer. Because of that she was able to react in time, hiding in a corner unseen by either of the siblings.
Sunset watched their retreating figures. However, at that very moment, two hands grabbed her shoulders.
Kumagawa:[Somebody's gotten better.]
Sunset:Ahh!
Sunset was startled, but still recognized the voice. She turned to her old partner in crime.
Sunset:Misogi...Listen, I've been snooping around a bit. I think Timber is trying to impersonate Gaia Everfree. Scaring campers away so Gloriosa would sell the camp.
Kumagawa:[I've made my owm theory as well, but...Well, shall we check?]
Kumagawa already began walking away, trailing the siblings. Sunset wasted no time and followed his lead.
After a bit of walking they found an interesting sight. A cave with most of it's entrace covered by a large boulder and a pink neon light emanating from the cave.
Sunset:...Seems like we found our Gaia Everfree. Or whoever played her role.
Kumagawa:[I suppose we did it at the right time. It's not long before our time in this camp will be over.]
Sunset:Home sick?
Kumagawa:[No. I'm more curious if Sonata-chan somehow ended up burning the house down.]
Sunset:That...Actually sound like something that's likely to happen...That girl is like Pinkie, but on steroids.
Kumagawa:[I'd imagine it would happen while she tries to make her own tacos. She was hooked since she tried it at the school cafeteria.]
Sunset:Well, at least school chamged somebody's life...Let me call Twilight and then we can investigate.
After reciving the message, Sci-twi rushed at the place Sunset send her with Spike in tow. The girl genius got her face in a spiderweb and was about to scream, but Sunset covered her mouth before sge could alert someone of their presence.
Sunset:Shh! Come on.
They quickly entered the cave. It's strange go wasn't the only thing that was unnatural about it.
Kumagawa:[Equestrian magic, huh.]
Sunset:You can feel it too, Misogi?
Kumagawa:[Well, I'm not from Equestria like you are. But evolution is an interesting thing, isn't it? After repetate exposure the body can recognize the sign of something it has already experienced. I've already gone through an major equestrian magic transformation, had an prohection of it at the band battle and had repetadly foight against people who posses it. By this point, it's an easy thing to sense.]
Kumagawa turned around with an amused grin. Sci-twi happened to have a notebook on her amd hasn't stopped writting since he began speaking.
Kumagawa:[You really are a scientist to your very core, aren't you?]
