Harry

Ginny had been gone for almost five hours now and I had a feeling she'd gone to the Old Haunt. I could go to her but she'd asked for space and I worried if I ignored it, she'd hate me more. I couldn't move from the kitchen. The angry tears in her eyes. The sadness on her face. I could never say the right thing. I could never change.

It was nine when I got a message from James saying, Found her. I'll send her soon.

I slumped, waiting and she arrived thirty minutes after the message. She stumbled, staring at me.

"You're still here." She dropped her coat on the table and drank some water.

"Ginn..."

"Stop." She added lazily, "I'm tired. I need sleep. But I dont like you right now, so I'll sleep in Lily's room."

"Ginny, please look at me." I blocked her way.

"Harry." She whined, "I just wanna sleep, okay? Get away." I moved away and she staggered up the stairs. I was mad at the message I received this afternoon but it made me sad now.

Draco Malfoy:

She's getting drunk at the Old Haunt.

The fact that he was with my wife, he drank with her, made me mad but now I was just sad that I wasn't with her and I was the reason she was upset as well.

When she woke up the next morning, she came out showered and clean and I'd already prepared her a breakfast, hoping she'd talk to me. She walked around the set table and past me, drinking water.

"Ginny.." I turned and so did she, only to kiss me gently.

"It's okay. I'm sorry I overreacted. I know you and I've known your personality. It's rude of me to force you to be someone you're not. I love you and I trust you and that is enough for me and hopefully is enough for us as well."

I dropped my head.

"Please stop."

"Huh?" She gulped.

"Stop forgiving me because you think I'll leave you if you don't!" I managed and she flinched. Her face turned away and then she was stepping away, "Please stay mad. Jinx me, hurt me, please Ginny, for the love of God, tell me I don't deserve you."

"Harry.."

"I hate it that you forgive before I even apologize."

"I just get tired of fighting too fast." She snickered, "And, its not that I worry you'll leave me, Harry." She cupped my face, "I get scared that you'll lose faith in yourself. There is something wonderful about you that makes you my most loveable person. Just please try to talk to me. I know I can be a little difficult but we can always talk it out. We have done most of these things with that strategy, no?"

I nodded.

"I'm sorry I made you feel this way." She pecked my eye, "I love you."

"I'm sorry."

"I accept." She rubbed the tip of my nose with hers, "You don't have to be a forty years old, adorable baby."

"It's not funny."

"I am serious."

"I have a question."

"Yes?" She blinked.

"Draco Malfoy. Are you close with him?"

"Erm... in some sense?" She pouted.

"What do you mean?"
