Detroit, MI:

"Don't answer that." Isabella said to Ben.

"Izzy come on! How can we clear his name if he don't answer any questions?" Daniel asked chuckling. "The evidence against him-"

"Proves that my client is a lap dog." She replied wiping the smile off Daniel's face. "What Harvard grad you know just puts their name on evidence that can be used against them later? Everything that was filed was filed without my client reading as instructed by his bosses. I know you see it in the communication. I seen it myself, so let's not play games here. What do you want? You know the man is innocent. We've been through this, he's been the only person cooperating."

"Okay, we want him to wear a wire-"

"Absolutely not." Isabella replied, her wife instincts were kicking in. For the past few months, she had been fighting hard for Ben, she was nearly exhausted.

"Why not? If it'll clear my name-"

"Your name's cleared, they're aiming for a bigger fish and want you to help them get it. You're not-"

"He's the best person to do it, we lock him up he doesn't talk we don't have enough evidence so he walks boom that'll put trust in-"

"You're still an idiot, this isn't TV my husband will not do it. Use the evidence you have against someone else and get them to do it. Let's go Ben-"

"We're not d-"

"Is he under arrest?" Isabella asked, and Daniel shook his head no. "Oh, okay." She opened the door and Ben walked out; she walked out behind him. "It's over now, they bring you in for any more questioning it's considered harassment, and we'll sue at that point." He was about to kiss her but she stepped back. "I think we need a break. You need to focus on you, and figure out what you really want."

"Izzy you said we would try."

"And we are, I think we should separate. You don't have any funds so I'll move out, just give me until the end of the month-"

"But why Isabella?" He grabbed her arm before she could walk away.

"All you've been doing since they raided the house 4 months ago is drinking. Our kids see it, I see it, and you're at home all the time and still can't go to a game, or a competition. I understand you're out of a job, so I don't have an issue with continuing to pay the bills at the house and wherever the kid's and I move to. I do want to work on this, the last thing I want is to give up on our marriage. So, we'll go to counseling and Monica will come by later to talk to you about the separation paperwork and what the custody agreement is until the separation is over."
