Detroit, MI:
"Ambrose you have to go talk to the media today." Ambrose's head coach Monty said as he entered the locker room.
"Look coach, I can't. My girl is the District Attorney, people be nosey and her job already dangerous, they not gone ask about basketball, they gone ask about my personal life. Why I move back here? That's personal, who's the lady you been kissing court side at all your home games? Who are those kids? I'm just glad she's the kinda woman who don't pay attention to social media."
"Yeah but kid you signed a contract, you gotta talk to the media. We just won the last game of the season we're headed into playoffs and the people want Cade and Ambrose. Your woman is strong especially if she's the DA in Detroit, I'm pretty sure she can handle whatever is thrown her way." He replied. "But my pockets hurting son, I don't got Mr. Marvel money now."
"Alright coach for you I will."
"Don't be an asshole either Ambrose, I've seen how you can be in the media, and was it necessary to steal Steph's celebratory move tonight? He's a humble guy..."
"And that's why he only has 60 million followers. Only 60 million people like a humble guy 230 Million people love the jack ass." Ambrose replied making his coach laugh as he finished making his way into the locker room where his team surrounded him chanting what they'd chanted on the court after this win, "We in the plaaaayoffs!"
It had been a rough past 8 months, Ambrose hated leaving Izzy at home alone. She'd moved in with him, and took over the Miguel Costilla case the kids had came back home due to Tanner hiring the security firm to keep them safe until after the Miguel thing was handled. Each kid had at least 4 guards with them at school or wherever they decided to go, 2 were from the security firm and 2 were from Ambrose's security team. The trial hadn't started, but it was 2 weeks until it did, and Isabella still hadn't went to talk to Miguel herself. She was halfway afraid of what he had to say, and she wanted to piss him off so he understood he had no control over her and when she would speak to him.
She decided tomorrow she would talk to him, but right now she was watching ESPN today was the final game of the season before playoffs and Detroit was happy right now the Pistons went 73-9 and are projected to take home the championship trophy. The kids were with Ambrose in California, and they were enjoying themselves, Ambrose took them with him as much as he could.
"Ambrose Marvel hasn't did a press conference all season Johnny, you think he'll be coming out today?"
"If he doesn't Rick, well you know that could be a hefty fine for the Piston's franchise, I mean the guy is arrogant and stuck up what do you expect?" Johnny replied. "We'll just have to see here now." He said, and the camera cut to the press conference where you can see Cade, Ambrose, Aries, Dylan, and Benny walk onto the stage. Ambrose grabbed some chairs from the audience and brought them behind the table so the kids could sit, the room rumbled with low talk. They were all shocked to see Ambrose sitting next to Cade on the stage.
"Ambrose! Why haven't you did a press conference all year?"
