CHAPTER 12: "Way back home"

There was no time to rest. Some orcs were following us on their wolves and Saruman was too but in a black horse. Behind them were Haldir and his army; they were killing some orcs. In the distance, we could see Lórien forest and there was an army too of elves. They would distract the orcs and Saruman while we were going where Galadriel was. Haldir stepped forward to show us the way. We got into the forest.

"NO!!!!" yelled Saruman

We left the horses with some elves and we were walking to where the portal was. The way was made of stone and we could see the stars in the sky, they were so bright. Galadriel was next to two silver trees that were connected and made a circle. The tree was like a light but it didn't suprise me because all the forest looked like little lights at night. We gave her the pearl and it floated to the trees and made a refection.

"Yo know girls there are a few pearls in this world. So if you want to come back or go back to your world, you will need them. But I promise you, I will find a spell to make you come back whenever you want to without using the pearls" said Galadriel with a smile. "Now, it's time to go home"said.

I turned to Kili.

"I don't want to go" I said.

"Katie..." Kili said.

"I don't want to. I want to stay with you" I said. Kili walked over to me.

"I want you to stay too but you have to go" I shook my head and started to cry.

"Kili, you have been so good to me. I never had that and I don't want it to" I said.

He took my hands and pulled me closer.

"Hey listen..." Then he gave me the most romantic kiss ever and then he pulled me in for a hug. "Look up at the moon and think of me and I will do the same, okay?" said Kili to me. I nodded. I looked over at Marta and Legolas. He took her hands.

"Elen sila lumenn omentilmo" said Legolas to her.

"What does that mean?" She asked.

"A star shall shine on the hour of our meeting" She smiled. I knew she was sad to go too. They went in and kissed.

"Its time" said Galadriel. She smiled to us, she was saying goodbye to us.

"Will we come back?" I asked to Galadriel.

"I hope so" answered Galadriel with a sweet smile. She was sad too.

"Please, don't fall in love with someone else"said Legolas to Marta.

Galadriel looked at Marta and she smiled to her. We waved to say goodbye and so did the boys. We turned back to the trees and slowly walked through them.

Suddenly, we hit the ground. We could hear cars and music. We stood up and both were surprised by what we were wearing. The dresses that Lady Arwen had giving us. So it showed us it wasn't a dream. We turned around and we could see the party that we were going to.

As we were looking at the stars, a song started to play in the party:

"...I have died everyday waiting for you

Darling don't be afraid I have loved you

For a thousand years

I'll love you for a thousand more..."
