CHAPTER 29: "Evenstar"

We soon made it back to Rivendell. As I was freshen up Marta came in.

"Hi" I said.

"Hi. So I think we should go back home soon. We are graduating this year we got things to do" she said and I nodded.

"You are right" I said.

"In that case...we should have a farewell party" a male voice said. We turned to see Elrond.

"Really?" I asked. He nodded.

Marta and I then changed into some party dresses. Marta's was white and mine was purple. The party was nice. The dwarves were having fun but then I noticed Kili was missing.

"Marta, have you seen Kili?" I asked her. She thought for bit.

"No not for a while" she said.

I sighed and started to look for me. In one of the room I found him but he was talking to Thorin. I stayed out of sight.

"I appreciate this uncle" Thorin gave Kili something.

"She is a wonderful girl, Kili. Treat her right" Thorin said. I smiled.

"I will" he said.

I hurried back to the party and they showed up shortly. I really wanted to know what Thorin gave him but at the same time I love surprises. Legolas and Kili took our hands and brought us outside.

"What are we doing?" Marta asked with a smiled.

"We have something for you girls" Legolas said.

"What?" I asked.

They looked at each other smiled and gave us a wooden box. We opened it and inside was a necklace. It was silver with a huge jewel in the middle. We were shocked.

"It's called the evening star" Legolas said.

"It represents our love for you girls" Kili said and they took the necklaces and put them around are necks.

"Eternal and never ending love" Legolas said looking at Marta.

Marta and I both of tears in are eyes and hugged and kissed them.

"Is this what Thorin gave you?" I asked.

"Why you little spy?" Kili said. I giggled

"Is it?" I asked him.

"Maybe" He winked.

"Excuse me" Thorin said. He walked over to Legolas and Marta.

"May I dance with lady Marta, Legolas?" He asked. Legolas smiled and nodded.

Thorin took her hand and led her to the dance floor.

"I never thought I would see that"Kili said laughing.

"What?" I asked.

"My uncle dancing. Marta sure turned him around" he said.

He then took my hand and we danced. Well after the party was over Marta had gone to bed and Kili and I were with the other dwarves. I was in between his legs and lending on him.

"For an elf party that was pretty fun" Bofur said.

"Kili, I heard you had your way this the lass" Gloin said. My face went bright red.

"I did no such thing Gloin" Kili said.

"So there will not be a baby dwarf any time soon?" Bofur asked. I buried my face in Kili chest. "Come on lads you are embarrassing the poor lass" Balin said.

"I just wanna know" Glorin said.

"We did not make love at least not yet" Kili said.

"Word of advice miss Katie: when you make love to the dwarf its a whole new world" Bofur said.

"Are you sure Kili is able to make that happen?" Fili asked laughing at him.

The dwarves laughed and Kili pushed his brother.

The next day we made our way to Lorien, where Lady Galadriel was waiting for us, in the silver tree to bring us back home. Deep inside of us, we were sad.

"It is time to come back to your home" Galadriel said.

"When will we see you again?" I asked them.

"We don't know but keep your eyes open and don't touch other sword" Kili said to me and winked at me. I laughed and I hugged him.

"Cormamin niuve tenna' ta elea lle au'" Legolas said to Marta.

"What does that mean?" she asked him.

"My heart shall weep until it sees thee again" Legolas said. Her cheeks turned to red. And he kissed her forehead holding her hands softly.

We went towards the silver tree and Galadriel smiled to us. We smiled.

Suddenly we were back in home.
