"KILI!!!" Katie yelled.

"What happened? A nightmare?" I asked her. She nodded. "What was about?" I asked her.

" I was walking through the windows when I heard something behind. Then, I turned but something I kept walking hope to find Kili I turned and there was Wormtongue. He said: "No dwarf will save you now" I ran with him close behind. Then I was blocked by trees. There was no where to go. He walked up to me saying "No where to go" " Katie said. She was crying.

"It was just only a dream, don't worry about that" I said to her.

The door burst opened. Legolas and Kili with their weapons in hand were there.

"What's wrong?" Legolas asked.

"Katie had a nightmare" I said. They put their weapons down.

I was in bed. Legolas was looking at the window if there was something out there. and Kili sat in Katie's bed. He looked at Katie and she moved her knees to her chest.

"I keep feeling his touch on me. His breathe. Kili I'm scared" she said. He walked and sat down in front of her. He put hands on her knees.

"I know you are and believe me when I saw him touching you I would killed him right then if I had a good shot. You dreamt about him right?" Kili asked her. She nodded.

"I don't think I will ever get the look he gave me in Mordor out of my mind" she said. Kili got off the bed and took his weapons.

"Where are you going?" Katie asked.

"I'm gonna kill that scum"Kili said. suddenly, Legolas looked at him. Katie got off and grabbed his arm.

"No way!" she said.

"Katie, he pretty much assaulted you. I am not going to let him get away with it!" Kili said.

"Okay but not right now. I don't want you to get hurt please stay and try to keep the nightmares away?" Katie said. He smiled put his weapons down again and they got in to bed. She looked safe in his arms and soon, they fell asleep. Legolas left the room to talk to Lor Elrond. I fell asleep.

The next morning we went to have breakfast. Thorin, Fili and Kili were eating fruit. Thorin made a bow looking at me when I sat next to him. It was the first time I didn't see Kili with wine. I took his cup and it was wine. He looked at me and put a finger in his mouth. I laughed.

Legolas appeared with Lord Elrond. They were talking.

"...The Balrog can be dangerous. You need help. I'm not talking about an army. I'm talking about something bigger" Elrond said to him.

"Something bigger?" Legolas asked as they were sitting.

"Fire against fire" Elrond said.

"You're not talking about Smaug, right?" Thorin said.

"Who is Smaug?" I asked Thorin.

"It's a furnace with wings. It's a terrible dragon" he said.

"A dragon?" Katie asked.

"What makes you think he will help us?" Thorin asked to Elrond.

"Smaug is the only creature in this world who can destroy the Balrog" Elrond said to Thorin.

"Where is he?" Katie asked.

"In the Lonely Mountain. In Erebor" Kili said.

"Does he live where you used to live?" I asked.

"He came for the gold and now he lives there" Thorin said.

"Lord Elrond, are you sure?" Legolas asked. Elrond nodded.

"Smaug is not going to agree" Kili said.

"I know. It will be hard but it's really the only choice we have right now" Elrond said.

We changed into travel clothes and we were soon on our way to the Lonely Mountains. Night fell and we rest for the night. Thorin and Fili made a bonfire. Thorin sat next to me and Fili sat next to Katie.

I was in Legolas' arms.

"You know what?" Fili asked to Katie with a smile.

"What?" she asked.

"My sword is bigger than Kili's " Fili said laughing.

"Really?" Katie said laughing. Fili nodded.

I was laughing. Legolas and Thorin were serious. That wasn't a surprise. Kili started to get mad. He hated the idea of his brother flirting with his girl. He looked at Fili in a mad way and push Katie to the ground and he started to touch her leg and they were kissing. Her cheeks turned red.

Minutes later he sat behind Katie. she put his arms around her waist and she laid her head on his shoulders.

"I love you Kili" she said looking up at him.

"I love you too Katie" He bend down and they kissed.

Thorin started to sing a song. He had a beautiful voice. Fili and Kili sang too.

"Far over the misty mountains cold
To dungeons deep, and caverns old
We must away ere break of day
To seek the pale enchanted gold.

The dwarves of yore made mighty spells,
While hammers fell like ringing bells
In places deep, where dark things sleep,
In hollow halls beneath the fells.

For ancient king and elvish lord,
There many a gleaming golden hoard
They shaped and wrought, and light they caught
To hide in gems on hilt of sword.

On silver necklaces they strung
The flowering stars, on crowns they hung
The dragon-fire, in twisted wire
They meshed the light of moon and sun.

Far over the misty mountains cold
To dungeons deep and caverns old
We must away, ere break of day,
To claim our long-forgotten gold.

Goblets they carved there for themselves
And harps of gold; where no man delves
There lay they long, and many a song
Was sung unheard by men or elves.

The pines were roaring on the height,
The winds were moaning in the night.
The fire was red, it flaming spread;
The trees like torches blazed with light.

The bells were ringing in the dale
And men looked up with faces pale;
Then dragon's ire more fierce than fire
Laid low their towers and houses frail.

The mountain smoked beneath the moon;
The dwarves, they heard the tramp of doom.
They fled their hall to dying fall
Beneath his feet, beneath the moon.

Far over the misty mountains grim
To dungeons deep and caverns dim
We must away, ere break of day,
To win our harps and gold from him
