Asgore had no idea what was transpiring and what was to come. For as long as he had known his skeletal companion, he had proved his intelligence, strength and most importantly - infallible judgement. The position of Royal Judge was one that dated back millenias.

Truth to be told, Asgore was long since aware of Sans's re-entrance into sciences. He was still the King of the Underground and many monsters still remained underground out of choice. Considering the Guard had practically disbanded, in an effort to ensure safety underground, Asgore had set up proximity sensors in sensitive areas of the Underground. When some sensors had been repeatedly triggering in the depths of the lab whilst not triggering sensors preceding it, Asgore knew Sans was using his unexplainable magic to enter the lab.

Hense the book he had been so thoroughly reading the past couple days. "The Judges knowledge." It was titled, written by none other than Gerson Boom, Sans's predecessor and the second judge. The Judge dated back over a millennium, however with the incredibly longevity of monsters, there was never any need of more than 3 in history so far. The three strongest, smartest monsters.

The book Asgore currently held has only ever been given out to Judges. The spells detailed in this book held massive power, power that should never be trusted to anyone but the worthy. Power that could never be learned by anyone but a monster with incredibly magic capabilities. Like Sans, like Gerson. However, another inclusion of this book was biographies of the Judges, listed in alphabetical order. Sans's was right at the back, Gersons before it.

Asgore couldn't remember who wrote it, but they included tons of detail on Sans. Asgore assumed it was because he was the active judge whilst all 3 biographies were written.

Sans's capabilities were mainly what Asgore was reading the book for. The rest were just extras. The book detailed the unprecedented power held at the fingertips of the small, young skeleton. At the expense of physicality, Sans was the monster with the highest magic levels in the history of recorded monster kind. His magic arsenal ranged of blue magic, bones, blasters, and more. Asgore didn't like the "and more" being written. It meant that Sans was still hiding some of his magic abilities. Even still, he seemed like the perfect judge and what he's done for Asgore proved this.

In history, the Judge was common knowledge. A highly respectable figure, the Royal families personal protector and the last line of defense for monsterkind. Yet Sans decided not to enclose his identity to monsterkind. The Judge was still a mystery to most to this day, but people knew that they were somewhere, waiting to act.

Asgore sighed, closing the book. He felt alone and nervous about what's to come. Asgore knew of the VOID. He greenlit every project that involved the VOID and, before doing so, did thorough research. He understood it, and having parts of it unleashed into the world frightened the King to the core. He just wondered if the Judge could handle it.

Another sigh. Despite the fact that the school holidays were the most busiest times for the flower shop, he decided to close up for now. It wasn't as if he needed the money, he was set for life a long time ago as King. It was more of a hobby. With 4 weeks remaining, hopefully he could reopen before it ended.

He got a message on his phone. It took him a moment as the device wasn't made for his massive paws, but he managed to open it.

SKELETONTHESANS:
hey all, the mess i contributed in making isn't something i can deal with alone. if everyone can meet up at my house in 15 minutes or so i can explain everything. thanks.

It was directed to everyone in their group. It was ominous and not exactly reassuring in the slightest. Asgore lived a decent distance away, so he instantly got up and left, heading straight to the skeleton household.
