"Because everything is sad. And George's dad just died which makes everything extra sad"
"Oh. Bar?"
"Yeah, bar sounds good."

When we get to the bar Addison is already there.
"Hey Joe" we all say
"George's dad?" He asks
We all shake our heads no
"I'll have a beer, darts Elena?"
"Yeah I'll meet you over there"
As Alex walks away I look around
"Old fashioned" I say as I look down and see a trash.
I get up from the bar stool and throw my chip away. I Look back up to see Addison staring at me softly.
"I'm sorry" I mouth as I take a sip and get up to throw some darts.

I go back up to the bar to get another one when I feel Addison come up behind me.
"Think about this" she whispers
"I'll do a water" i say
"And there's no reason to apologize to me"

The next day, I'm sober, I can finally see patients again. Not before a staff meeting first with the interns. It was me, Alex, Christina, George, Izzie, Meredith, Derek, Bailey, and Addison.

They're talking when I can feel a seizure coming on, except I physically can't say anything. I can feel myself drifting, I can't see but I can still hear.

"What do you think about that Dr Torres?" Asks Bailey
When met with silence she asks again.
"Torres you good?" Asks Alex
"Is she having a seizure?" Asks Derek
I can feel Addisons fingers against my wrist before I can't hear anything at all.

Outsiders pov

"Addison?"

"Does she have a pulse"

"Shut up I'm trying to find one"

"I just lost my dad I cannot lose Elena"

"Found a Pulse"

"Dr Montgomery is she breathing?"

"Shit no, and I lost a pulse"

"Someone get a gurney and a crash cart"

"Derek start compressions"

"Alex bag her"

"Alex move!"

"Forget it, Christina start bagging her"

"Alright let's wheel her out"

"Meredith get Callie"

"She's in surgery"

"Well get her out"

"Dr Torres we Need you now"

"Who needs me?"

"Everyone"

"I'm in the middle of surgery"

"It's Elena"

"She'll figure it out"

"No, Elena's the patient."

"We're here"

"What happened?"

"We were having a meeting, she went unresponsive, stopped breathing, we've been doing compressions for 10 minutes"

"Let me in there"

"George get Callie to wait outside the room or up against the wall"

"Does anyone know if there's any chance she's pregnant"

"She's not"

"We have a pulse!"

"Mark why are you here?"

"Saw the commotion, who's on the bed"

"Little Torres"

"Shit"

"Derek do a neuro evaluation"

"Already done"

"She's waking up"

Elena's pov

"Ow"

"What hurts?" Izzie asks

"Everything, my eyes mostly"

"Alright we'll give you some time to rest"

"Callie stay, please. And Addison"

"Why us"

"Addison so that Callie doesn't beat me up and Callie because I need to tell her"

"I had a drink last night. Just one, all water after that, and I was completely sober for work today"

"Elena..."

"I'm sorry"

"Oh honey don't cry"

Addison and Callie each held a hand before letting Elena rest.

It wasn't long before mark came running in due to Elena screaming from her room during the night.

"What is it? What hurts? What happened?" He asked

"My leg, someone-"

"Someone wha-?"

Mark was in the middle of speaking before he looked down to see Elena's leg spewing blood.

"Holy shit Elena, You're going to be ok" he was not sure of that at all.

Mark began to page everyone from earlier and they all had the same reaction as they came in the room.

Everyone worked together to keep Elena alert and stable while the other half tried to control the bleeding. Except for Callie, who held Elena's hand the entire time while praying.

"Elena, why would you do this?" Izzie asked

"What?"

"What did you even use?"

"I didn't do it. It was a random nurse who came in, stabbed me with a knife, then left."
