"Bad day?"
"No, you're just very, what's the word... chipper."
"Oh. Well what's not to be happy about."

"Okay. Moving on where's Dr Montgomery?"
"She took a leave of absence."
"What? What's she doing?"
"No idea."

"Hey Addison, let me know when you get this message. Please."
"Hey Addison, it's Elena. Pick up the phoneee"
"Addison Forbes Montgomery. Answer your fucking phone"
"At least let me know where you are. Please."
"Addison I know you're getting these. I think there's something wrong with one of the babies. Please pick up the phone."

"Hey, Elena. I'm in LA. Here's the address of where I'll be and it happens to be a fertility clinic. If there's anything emergent do not wait."

"Addison, hey!"
"Hey Elena, what's going on?"
Tears start to form in Elena's eyes as Addison embraces her.
"Is that her?" Naomi mouths
Addison responds with a thumbs up
"Elena, honey, I can help but I can only help if I know what's going on. Take a deep breath and let's go in an exam room okay?"
As Addison brings Elena into the exam room after getting privileges and calming Elena down so that she doesn't seize and to get her heart rate down, Elena can finally explain.
"The babies, they kick. A lot usually and the past few days I haven't felt anything. And there's been some spotting which I know can be normal but I'm still going crazy"
"It'd be Crazy if you weren't. Now let's take a look."
"Okay."
"Well you were right about the spotting, there doesn't seem to be anything wrong but please let me know if it continues or gets worse. Now let's look at these babies"
"Addison"
"Yes?"
"You're taking awhile. An ultrasound shouldn't take this long."
"I'm just being thorough. Baby girl looks good, but just looking at baby boy a little more."
"Oh god, something's wrong, something's wrong and I have no one, no offense."
"None taken. You have a village, and you have Callie, and your parents."
They both start laughing at the mention of her parents.
"Alright baby boy looks good."
"No he doesn't."
"What do you mean?"
"I can just feel it"
"Oh! You're right"
"What is it, Addison please Tell me he's okay"
"Here" Addison says putting an oxygen mask over Elena as she is unable to take a breath.
"He's okay. He's not sick, but um, he does only have one leg."
