"Chief I'm sorry but I'm gonna have to call out again today. I'm getting checked out by Derek but these symptoms just won't go away" I say
"Your health is important Elena. Let me know how everything goes okay?"

"Good looking doctors run in the family" I hear a voice say
"Amelia!"
"Dr Torres, very nice to see you." She says
"Sorry, forgot about the surgery, we can- we can um- we"
"Dr Torres is Everything okay?" Derek asks
"What? Yeah it's uh-"
"Someone catch her" Derek says as i pass out

I Wake up to a pen light being shined in my eyes
"Ow"
"Sorry" I hear Derek say
"My pupils are reactive." I groan
"You don't know that" he says
"Are they?"
"Yes." He sighs
"Any seizures lately?"
"No, a lot of headaches though"
"Alright. And Amelia wanted to be in the room is that fine?"
"Yeah" I say seeing her in the corner
"How long have these headaches been going on?"
"A few weeks at least, probably since Aprils wedding"
"Which is when..."
"When jimmy threw me, yes."
"Alright. Owen said you've called out lately, not feeling good?"
"Headaches, nausea, I've noticed my speech slurring"
"You didn't think to mention anything?" I hear Amelia say
"Amy..." Derek says
"I've had a lot going on, I don't have time to mention anything. These could just be auras right? Maybe stress seizures?" I say
"Possibly. The slurring speech worries me though. You take your medicine regularly?"
"Yes"
"No alcohol intake?"
"No" I say looking down
"Right sorry" he says quietly
"Don't you have a huge surgery?" I ask
"Yes, that's why Amy's going over it in her head" Derek says
I look over to see her practicing the surgery in the air
"Okay, well you should get some practice too. I'll call you if I need anything."
"Promise?"
"Promise."

I Look down at My phone to see a message from Christina who is currently in Zurich.
"Burke is here!!"
"Like Preston Burke? No way"
"Yes way"
"That's insane"
