"Val, mommy won't wake up. What do we do?"
"I don't know. Auntie Callie said there's phone numbers on the fridge, maybe we call one of those?" Val answers
"911? That's for emergencies, is this an emergency?"
"I don't know Nick. Is she breathing?"
"I'll go check"
"Well?"
"Yeah she's breathing"
"Okay, do we call auntie Arizona or auntie Callie?"
"Maybe we call that Doctor that saved her"
"That's a good idea, okay I'll read the number and you pick up the phone" Nick says

"Doctor Amelia Shepherd"
"Hi. Um. Im Valeria"
"Hello Valeria, is there something I can help you with?"
"You saved my mom before, can you save her again?"
"Say please" adds Nick
"Please" says Val
"what's your name?"
"Valeria Torres-Karev, and I'm home with my sister and brother too"
"Ok Valeria, is your mom breathing?" Amelia asks while sending out a rescue crew
"Nick checked earlier and she was"
"Okay can you check again"
"Yes. Yes she's breathing, and her hearts beating so that means she's alive!"
"Yes, yes it does."

"You paged?" Alex and Callie ask Amelia
Amelia mutes the phone
"Don't freak out, a rig is on the way. I'm on the phone with Val and Nick and I guess they can't get Elena to wake up. The rig can do more than you so stay here."
"Well now I'm freaking out" Callie paces
"Make sure all the kids get on the rig" Alex says

"Camille is crying and I don't know what to do. I cant reach her" Nick says
"She'll be okay. don't worry about her right now, and don't try to reach her" Amelia says
"I hear the people knocking at the door!"
"Alright you can go let them in!"
"I let them in, what now?"
"Now you just saved your mom. Can you put me on the phone with one of the doctors?"
"Okay!"

"Alright people there's 3 kids here, do we have them all?"
"Yes sir"
"Let's go Then"

"Amelia?"
"What's up Elena"
"Why am I in the hospital? Again?"
"Nick and Val called and said you were unresponsive. My guess is you were seizing in your sleep. Don't worry, all the kids are here, they're okay-"
"Doctor shepherd we can't find Camille Torres" a nurse says
"What!?" I say pulling all the leads off me
"Elena, back in bed"
"Page Alex, Arizona, and Callie. Now" I say to the nurse

"What's 911" they all say running in
"It's cami, they can't- oh my god"
"Someone translate that" Arizona says
"Camille's missing. She was last seen on the rig. We've alerted security and they're going through all the footage" Amelia clarifies
"Oh shit" Alex says
"Where's the other two?" Alex asks
"The daycare"
"Okay. They're not leaving there."
"Agreed" I say
Everyone else nods in agreement

"It's been two hours. Can we call this a code pink?" Alex and I ask
"You remember the last code pink." Bailey reminds us
"Okay send out an announcement first. Tell everyone to get somewhere safe and then call it."
"That ruins the whole point?"
"This is terrible. I told Amelia I was good to go home and then I all I had to do was be alone with the kids for twenty minutes. Twenty!"
"And you decided to take a nap?" Callie asks sounding annoyed
"No! Never, I needed to rest my legs so I was sitting in bed, the kids were with me."
"So why did they not notice?"
"Callie give her a break" Alex says
"No. She lost my nieces and nephew. They weren't safe in their own house!"
"Val was gonna do my makeup. She was getting the kit. I would never endanger any child, especially my own. Don't assume that I'm putting my entertainment before my children."
"Sorry. It's just, they're my nieces and nephew, one of them is my godchild"
"Only one is lost. And she's not lost, she's missing. And I'm these kids aunt too, the one that's missing, she's the one named after me. I'm her godmother." Arizona states
"Security messaged" Bailey says
We all sit or stand up and wait for the news
"They found her" Bailey gasps
We all sigh and cry tears of joy
"Where was She?" I ask
"She was Left on the ambulance. A paramedic put her down to help you and forgot to pick her back up. Luckily, they put her on an extra stretcher so she wasn't hurt. She's on her way here now"
"Oh thank god. Thank you Dr Bailey!" I cheer

A few minutes later a nurse brings Cami in.
"Hello honey! You went for quite the ride didn't you?"

"Hi Amelia" I whisper as cami is asleep in my arms
"Hey"
"Everything okay?"
"Yeah. I was gonna see if you wanted to go to a meeting, after all that's happened today. I still want you to stay overnight but I'd write it off as an order."
"I kinda just wanna be with the kids now but let's go later." I smile
She smiles back "Elena, have you ever thought about Epilepsy Surgery? Looking at your chart you're a solid candidate. And I can-"
"I've thought about it. I don't want it" I say
Seeing that she upset me, Amelia left the room. And thinking back, I was too harsh on her. I mean I could have been nicer.
