The hospital is officially part of the Avery foundation and renamed to Grey Sloan. Alex brought in some super messed up dude who is almost dead.

"Torres, with the new peds attending ive got it covered. You can find another case" Arizona tells me
"But Karev-"
"Find another case"
"Okay..."
"Torres with me now" mer yells
"There's your case"
"Is it?" I ask mer
"Yeah" She says
"Alright run not Walk" i say

Mer, Christina, And i are questioning Alex about Peckwell when Jo walks in all beaten up.
"He didn't do it, I did it." She says
"You gotta go" Alex says to her
"She has to explain to them what happened" Christina says as Edwards walks in
"Don't let anyone else see you Wilson" I say
"You never saw her" Christina says
"Don't do anything stupid" mer tells Alex before walking out
"See, I told you I didn't do it" Alex tells me
"I know, and I believe you."

I'm running after Jo when I get to the stairwell to see mer on the ground
"What The hell happened!?" I ask
"I was running up the stairs and tripped" she says with tears forming in her eyes
"Okay, you're okay. Did you hit your head?"
"Not too badly. My stomach, what if I hurt the baby?"
"Let's go get that checked out. Are you okay to walk or do you want to sit for a few more minutes?"
"Sit." She says crying
"Okay. Hey, mer you're okay. People fall all the time, you're okay. And I'm sure the baby is as well."
A few minutes go by and it's mer decides to get up
"Here let me help" I say
"No I'm good" she tells me before falling
I catch her and wrap her arm around my shoulder "I'm helping you."
"Can you page Derek?" She asks
"He's in surgery but I'll call the OR. Deep breaths" I say getting her up the stairs
"Hey you, grab me that wheelchair" I say motioning to a random intern
